Four Points by Sheraton Newark Airport

It was nice.. will come back again

This place is mid. If u just need somewhere to lay your head its cool. The bar area is cute but not enough to make it worth recommending. Also mandatory valet and the hotel is hood adjacent

ok place. Interesting location. There was no breakfast. So not sure why it was listed incorrectly. Parking had $30 charge. Not free. But room was good. Even when staff was extremely rude and talking with full ego as if guests were burden to them. Not giving direct answers to simple questions and avoidance was quite visible. However, property was good. Owners are requested to teach hospitality to the front staff. Otherwise do recommend due to room cleanness and location.

The stay was excellent but the parking. It could've been my fault for not reading but you have to pay valet parking.

Standard room, king size bed had a fire detector whose green light blinked every 1 minute or so and the mini fridge kept making loud clicking noises so it sounded someone was at the door trying to get in every minute. Also, do not call the number for the airport shuttle service, just go to lane 5 outside of terminal B and wait for the shuttle (it will say Four Points Sheraton on it).

Great alternative with breakfast and airport shuttle.

There is no parking

The rooms were nice but the walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper, this could impact you. The breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what you receive. The shuttle service from the airport to hotel is not reliable. We called 2xs and it never arrived. We took an uber. Overall rating 3/5.

We loved how clean and well maintained everything was the staff were great the only problem we had was that when it came to the breakfast we had paid for we weren't told we needed to get a voucher from the front desk before we could eat so had to go down and get that and go into my emails to find the email with the one showing we had paid for breakfast but other than that the place was great beds were comfy room was clean bathroom was clean and the rest of the place was as well would definitely stay again

Over booked, unhelpful when trying to figure out the next steps. Very dismissive

Por otro lado, dicen que se incluye el traslado al aeropuerto pero no te recogen en el hotel sino que tienes que desplazarte con todo tu equipaje hasta una oficina a 300 metros

The only negative point is the room itself situated under the "roof" and the lights inside aren't able to let you see enough.
