While I have stayed there 8 times in the last 3 months I will not stay in that room again

The air conditioning looked like a washing machine and we tried to explain to the staff and they didn't say anything. At no time do I try to help us

There were bed bugs

Great rooms, great setup (bathtubs with double curtains, for example), friendly staff that accommodated for what I asked for. The location is very tranquil, and it is very accessible for conferences in Fremont/Newark area. There's no breakfast itself, it is a very modest "starbucks" as in they serve starbucks coffee, but not the drinks. The options for food are very simple. I guess it is ideal for work stays if you want to just grab something and go, but far from a nice breakfast.

Comfortable stay. Love the amenities, staff is friendly and easy check in and check out. Parking lot accessible and location was close to the freeways.

Travel is much less stressful coz I know my stay is in good hands. As a member, I value the good pricing and early check-in options. The hotel is located in a great area surrounded by good plazas with restaurants/ convenience malls etc that makes your stay more comfortable. In short - Home away from home’

Please note the following issues: Housekeeping Schedule: The housekeeping team needs better planning and consistency. One day my room cleaning was entirely skipped. The following day, the room was cleaned far too early, while I had briefly stepped out for a cup of coffee, and before I had a chance to shower and check out. Common Area Climate Control: The lobby and lounge areas were uncomfortably warm. While I understand the desire to conserve energy, compromising guest comfort to this extent will ultimately lead to a loss of customers. Furniture Condition: The furniture in the room desperately needs deep cleaning or replacement. The futon/sofa, its mattress, and the pillows on it were dirty and heavily stained. I have been a loyal customer of Marriott Courtyard for many years, but due to the poor quality of this stay, I will likely begin looking at other hotel chains for my future travel needs.

Elevator and hallways were dirty and damaged. Rooms need updating, carpet is old and snagged. Smelled like fried tortillas when I walked in my room.

The parking lot has no lights. On doesn’t feel safe to park at night to go to their room.
