I stayed 23 days there and the staff was wonderful. But there was no fridge or microwave in the room and I do hate to say this but there needs to new washers in the property. It doesn't clean the clothes at all. I put them in and it didn't clean them. I was so 😞😳. I had paid for extra for supercharged cleaning of 4.25. I did not know this but another resident there mentioned that the water in the washer doesn't really fill up in the machine.....other than that with a few incidents that was heard outside. It was an okay stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at your property was somewhat disappointing due to a few service and facility failures: Check-In Delays & Room Reassignment: Prior to my arrival, I explicitly left my expected arrival time in the notes. Despite this, after driving for 10 hours, I was informed my reserved room had been given away. I was forced to wait for another room to become available while exhausted from travel. Inoperable Amenities: During the first week of my stay, the television in my room was completely broken and non-functional. Unprofessional Customer Service & Lost Revenue: My family and I were planning to extend our stay and upgrade to a larger room long-term. When I asked if I could view an available larger room to make sure it fit our needs, the front desk agent confirmed larger rooms were available but flatly refused to let me view one. This refusal directly cost your property months of potential long-term revenue. Unprocessed Refund: Due to these ongoing issues, I checked out 3 days earlier than scheduled. I was told my unused nights would be refunded, but I have yet to receive these funds. Given these circumstances, I am requesting an immediate update and processed refund for the 3 unused nights. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide the timeline for when I can expect the refund to post to my original payment method. Sincerely, Yolanda Campbell

About two hours after checking in, I went to the front desk to request a refund because I genuinely did not feel safe staying there. I had only set my belongings down and briefly sat on the bed to confirm the sheets appeared clean. The front desk employee refused, citing their two-hour policy, and even made an inappropriate comment that some guests use rooms for “business” before requesting refunds. As someone who had just arrived in hospital scrubs before working a night shift, I found that comment unprofessional and insulting. After my shift, I returned to sleep before work that evening. Within a few hours, I was awakened by a car alarm. I looked outside and realized it was my own vehicle. A person staying downstairs was attempting to get into my car. That was the final straw. I packed my belongings and checked out before 11 a.m., hoping to receive at least a partial refund since I no longer felt safe. Throughout my stay, there were guests loitering outside watching people come and go, loud arguments, screaming, profanity, and items being thrown in nearby rooms. The staff appeared indifferent and made no effort to address the disturbances. Motel 6 Fremont, home of the homeless!
