clean room, great housekeeping, nice breakfast.

Over all everything was good

Dirty place rooms need to be updated carpets real dirty and walls. I would never stay there.

This was the second time we stayed here, hot tub still yellow. No towels in pool area. Front staff contradicting themselves.

The place was dirty like hell and as per complaints no one was listening Manager promise me that they will credit me as fridge was not working and there was so much garbage behind fridge and once they repair the fridge while i was gone and came back to room it was flooded with water i was there for 5-6 night with my Famlayies l and friends we booked more than 12 rooms for a week and every one was very upset and would never be back to this place

Also concerning: When we left to go for dinner, there were 4 chairs at the table. When we returned, there were 3. So, after we checked in, someone entered our suite to get a chair. This isn’t appropriate entry regulations. The beds were comfortable and access to the kitchenette was convenient. The overnight cost for this room is expensive. With the need for improvements in the room, the cost should be lower.

I'll start with the good. The room was spacious, more like a large studio apartment with a bit of separation between the bedroom and kitchen/sitting areas. We didn't request this, but our room was an "accessibility" room with features that would be helpful someone with accessibility issues. Thus, the bathroom was extra-large, as was the rest of the room (I don't know what the other, normal room were like). The space was nice. The large fridge and kitchen area was a huge plus and a big reason I choose this type of room. The bed and bedding was above average; very comfortable. But the overall impression of the room was worn. The carpet had light/dark spots as did some of the walls. It wasn't dirty, just well used. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was randomly either scalding hot or ice cold, with no ability to choose which or adjust; it had a mind of its own. The water control in the sinks was fine, so this was something specific to the shower. I made a complaint the first day and was told they'd have it checked, but it was no different the second day. I reiterated my complaint at checkout and was told they'd credit me some awards points. Lastly, the breakfast was a nice perk. There was a limited selection, but it was nice to have.

Poor maintance staff as washroom door locked and my wife stuck inside for more than one hour. Horrible experience.

Seemed to be more ling term guests, but hotel was good. Kitchen in the room with useable dishes provided was an awesome plus. Staff was incredibly nice. Hot tub for sure needed to be serviced though.
