The woman who checked us in was amazing, super friendly and very helpful. We had issues with our original room and she quickly found us another one. Room 110 smelled like an ashtray, even though it’s a non-smoking room, when we turned on the air conditioner it smelled like something was burning, and the hallway to our room was literally sopping wet. Water was coming out of the carpet as we were waking to the room, enough that our shoes were wet and you could see the water coming out of the carpet

They changed my room but one room was worse than the last I went from a smoke filled room to a room with a broken ac to a room that was flooding The floors were water when I went in and everything was wet including the towels and other items The ceiling was buckled and water kept coming down There was so much not to like People in lawn chair camped out in the parking lot drinking Pit bulls running loose inside and out through the lot Ceiling buckling flooding down water deep on the floor Ants Dirty room filthy kitchen in the room Broken doors Broken ac Breakfast is coffee, oatmeal packets and cereal bars Housekeeping banged on the door then stared at me when i opened it and yelled at me when I asked why kept yelling as she went down the hall

This place was terrible, it smelled so bad, there was mold under the couch, popcorn behind the couch. I don’t recommend this to anyone, a waste of my money.

I could not check in. They didn’t have a front desk open I prepaid. I had to drive to Nj and reached home at 4am I need my money refunded

everything was normal like a normal hotel room should be.

It was not good , the hotel looked dirty and the food area was dirty not a good place to stay at in Delaware out of state is perfect.

Absolutely nothing. The place was dirty from the moment we stepped in the lobby. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and seemed unhappy themselves. We checked out 3 days sooner than we had originally planned. I requested towels on the 2nd day at the front desk and was told that I needed to bring the towels I already had to them and they would wash them and I would need to come back in about 2 hours to retrieve them. When I went back to pick them up at the e front desk, I was handed a plastic bag with the unfolded towels in them.

This place was horrible it smells bad microwave was dirty old. I would never suggest anyone to put their food or eat their food it up in it we went to complain about the roach we seen nothing happen I will never go back to that place right please don’t waste your money and time I can

LEFT AND GOT A ROOM AT THE HAMPTON INN DOWN THE STREET FOR ONLY A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND IT WAS 1000% CLEANER. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER WALKED IN

Didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The toilet wouldn’t work. Really bad smell. I was given one towel and it wasn’t even a full sized towel. And that white towel had black dirt all over it. Floors were sticky. Bandaids were hanging on the wall lol
