Great stay- very clean and everything seemed new and updated. Staff was also very nice!

Sonesta wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. It was just ok. It would have been nice to know the hotel was going through renovations as not much was working. No kitchen in the lobby. The ice machines were out of order on our floor. The room was decent. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Staff was helpful but seemed over whelmed. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the gentlemen to check me in. The washer and dryer worked well. Lobby was big and nice, just under renovations.

The employee at the front desk when I checked in was very helpful and accommodating. From assisting with my late check in to answering all inquiries with no hesitation and very polite.

Not safe or clean. Dirty hallways and elevators. Stairwell closest to my room was closed creating unsafe conditions. Needed to call front desk due to loud guests. Side door repeatedly propped open to allow entry to non guests.

Front desk stay wasn’t always available. First check in we waited almost 10 minutes to check in. No coffee available in the morning. It was pretty clean. Looks like it was a very nice place at one time. AC our room wasn’t very good. We informed the front desk when we left. We didn’t use anything else.

The room itself was remodeled for the most part, but depending on the floor you stay on some floors are remodeled some aren’t. It’s more along the lines of a motel. You certainly won’t feel relaxed or luxurious staying there.

Clean rooms that have been renovated and excellent staff, from management to cleaning employees and a pool with courtyard , fire pit and laundry services. Many amenities are available for an extra cost but it is available within the hotels. The reason why it is less expensive is because of the renovations being made for the hotel itself. The breakfast option has been discontinued because of the renovations, but it has many food places close by within a mile. Great bang for your buck!

I had hoped to get another reservation at my my previous hotel but they didn't have any vacancies for Saturday. Frantically I then began looking for a reasonable hotel close by, as I stumbled on this hotel because of the affordability and an even better access to my needs location wise. Ultimately this hotel also sold out too, but luckily I had prepaid and went to confirm my reservation early on in the day. I found the room to be extremely clean and although it was doing renovations it met my immediate needs. The weekend had brought a lot of people for the Father's day weekend, and was quite active but in a very unique way. Many families were in celebrating but some people like myself were here for other purposes. The staff are wonderful and although a bit overwhelmed at the same time due to the fact of a booked hotel. Regardless, they treated me with complete respect and dignity. Everything that I needed as a last ditch effort to find lodging, was fulfilled beyond my expectations. Friendships were made with everyone that I came in contact with during this very busy weekend. I'm fortunate to have met a very caring group of experienced professionals at the Sonesta Select , You made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you

At check-in, the receptionist didn’t explain check-out procedures or hotel policies, gave no explanation for the deposit, and barely glanced at my ID. There were also individuals outside the property who appeared intoxicated or impaired. The stairwell door had caution tape across it, which was off-putting, and the elevator desperately needed a vacuum. The only reason we stayed was because the room itself was nice and clean and we saw other families with young children. The area is also great, with plenty of options for dining and shopping.

La propiedad esta en remodelacion y el 1 er piso y el 2 do estaban mas o menos pero el 3er piso donde nos toco el cuarto ya todo remodelado y super limpio y bonito.

I booked the room. I went to check in at 11pm, was notified that they were overbooked and had no rooms available. I wish they notified me earlier in the day so I could've made better arrangements.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and I enjoyed getting into the pool. ☺️

Horrible! I booked the room on Expedia strictly for the use of the pool for my children... There was only one staff member present whom was very polite and helpful... He was NOT the problem at all... The hotel itself wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either... If that makes sense... The room was descent... The pool room was my biggest problem... For one reason or another, the room was freezing... Inside pool rooms are supposed to be 80°... It was NOT... It was about 60°... They tried to get in the water but couldn't withstand the cold... So I just packed our things up and left ... I was so disappointed because apparently maintenance was unavailable to fix the issue... I spent my well earned money for absolutely nothing... I'm so disappointed... So if you decide to go to this location, prepare yourself...
