They don't have no smoking rooms even though it's advertised as such, you get there and they give you smoking room and label it as non smoking. Terrible thing to deceive people

This hotel seemed to have a lot of long term residents in and around it, and a staff member of a nearby establishment confirmed the next morning that there are a lot of homeless people that hang around that area too. The room wasn't great, but it also wasn't filthy. There was trash in the walkways and stairwell areas and the only place I found to get ice was in the lobby on the first floor. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel but it also wasn't the worst place I've stayed.

Easy to get to. The long staircases. I asked if I could get a room on a lower floor due to knee issues but they could not accommodate me.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and nice. The parking area felt unsafe. The Wi-Fi was terrible and the TV only gets 10 channels (no premiums = mostly news).

Stay was wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful. Should inform patrons about the 100 dollar deposit when making reservations and they should upgrade the snack and drink box since you do pay more for that amenity. But beyond that amazing stay.
