The excellent location. Near the beach, near the light rail, opposite an ice cream shop and close to lovely restaurants. Louise also helped with our tv. When she couldnt get it to work she gave us access to the room next door to use that tv. Thank you Louise. The tv not working! Also a fridge full of mini bar items which we had to remove to pop our food in.

Location was excellent for a visit to Newcastle - a short stroll to beautiful walks, the Honeysuckle District and the Newcastle CBD Parking at the motel was very limited

The staff and the cleanliness The buffet breakfast was awful. Small, crowded room and the food was cold. Website says “barista made coffee” but the coffee available is made in bulk and kept in large jugs

Loved the view of the river ,harbour entrance and Scratchlies from our room. Fabulous location. More milk in fridge for cup of t. Also Aircon difficult to operate.
