The fact it was on the waters edge Curtain track needed attention next to the table Plus no cutlery or crockery you open the draw to find a note saying contact room service As If! When you pay nearly $400 a night I want the basics And no coffee pod machine

Absolutely love the location on the harbour. So close to restaurants and walks The hotel facilities need updating. Remove all the showers over baths. We had no fan in our bathroom. Disabled rooms need to remove the carpets.

A bit noisy with car traffic on the street side

Having a view of the harbour , day and night I appreciated the space the room gave us The only thing not a 10+ was an unfortunate stain on the middle of the cushion seat of the desk chair

View was fantastic, food and staff great. Kitchen was dirty with food chunks in the drain in sink. No information easy access for guests about onsite food. No complimentary biscuits, no minion bar Eve. Though I wouldn’t have used it. Renovations banging next door quite early in the morning. Room was great but would have expected it to be cleaner or freshly painted for this hotel. Bathrooms clean but certainly not scrubbed. Marks on walls and in corners. Cleaners have noneye for detail. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Live music was great As written in above question

I arrived expecting the room I booked which was a king room with a view. Instead we had absolutely no view due to a complete veil of scaffolding outside our window. Upon complaining to the front desk, they said we were supposed to have been informed of this upon check in. We were not informed and I rechecked all my emails and there had been no contact nor communication about this matter. At this same desk visit, I was told they will look into some kind of compensation, and for the time being was given two drink vouchers for the bar (that you can only use on house products). For the rest of our stay I was NOT contacted nor given any further compensation. This is deplorable and needs to be rectified.

Position, very convenient and accessible Bed was softer than I like, no walk in shower and an annoying water drip all night outside my bedroom

Sensational location and view! Bar was great with great priced drinks, highly recommend! The breakfast was over priced with better and cheaper alternatives nearby. The coffee in the buffet was also very ordinary. Tried to order a long black and also not great. Finally, there was only one dining chair in the entire unit and nothing on the balcony. Not sure how two would eat in the room if you wanted to sit at the table.

Perfect location. Right on the Harbour and oh so close to restraints and attractions. We visited the museum and saw a show at the theatre. Both only minutes away by foot. Amazing view of the Harbour from our little balcony. The pigeon that invited himself into our room! Keep your doors closed! Which makes booking the balcony room irrelevant as can’t get fresh air.
