Location, A point they truly deserve to be thanked for is that they allowed me early check‑in. The weekend parties at the bar next to my room are extremely loud and go on late into the night. There are insects everywhere. As for the security deposit, we are used to the fact that it is non‑refundable, and when we try to contact them, they do not respond. Honestly, I do not understand the issue with the deposit that they consider a gain for them, even though it is only 150 dollars. It is not worth treating customers this cheaply.

It was clean and tidy The curtains were completely see-through (the look like they're not but they are), so anyone walking past at night could see directly into the lounge, bathroom, and bedroom from outside. There was also a nightclub next door, and when I called the after-hours number for help, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude. He basically said “too bad,” claimed no one else had complained, and told me to go and ask the nightclub to turn the music down… which is ridiculous. Overall, the after-hours staff member clearly didn’t care and was incredibly rude—my partner hung up on him because of how he spoke to us. We then received a text just before 11 pm offering another place that was 30 minutes away. Sent an email off to the managers - no response even with videos of the nightclub bad photos. NSW Fair trading lets see what their response to them is. Disgusting really to think innocent young children and people could be getting changed and people walking past can see into the apartment with the blinds down.

Very noisy location. People in the streets all night. Very difficult to get in and had to call for assistance as the code provided was not complete.

Rooms smelt, sofa lounge was dirty and had old sheets, felt dirty and unsafe backing into a laneway with a brothel, homeless and drunk people right outside our window and door.

There was a big patch of water on the floor from the air conditioner on arrival. The shower takes absolutely forever to be the right temperature, they supplied one bin bag for four days and three nights. The couch was tiny and there was very very minimal tv channels. The location was great we were right in town. They also supplied one towel per guest for three nights. It was extremely annoying having to wash them every day.

The bar next door had celebration with street music until 1am, this event was planned and agreed with consulate, so the hotel should have warned their guests. We ended up listening very loud music until 1am, ruined our night and next day. The hotel managers do not answer our messages. The worst client treatment I’ve had so far.

Location and space map directions were hard to follow. but otherwise it was a awesome place to stay

Great location, quick & easy check-in, secure complex, spacious room that had everything we needed.

Convenient clean and close to where we needed to be Stairs but lift available

Good for the price. There was big poo mark underneath the toilet suite. I am not sure they have cleaned the rooms properly or not. Also the parking is very hard unless you want to pay $25 extra for parking.
