Great place to stay! Wonderful room service and great views. We used the pool and the hot tub and had a great time.

That call never came. When my daughter arrived, the front desk told her that Adam had never completed the check-in and refused to help, even though the mistake was entirely on the resort's end. As a result, her mother had to drive more than two hours through rush-hour traffic just to get there and check her in. I asked for a manager to call me, but no one ever did. A week later, I called again because I was still upset and was told Rami would return my call. It's now been another week, and I'm still waiting. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and showed a complete lack of accountability. A simple mistake by the front desk caused a major inconvenience for my family, and management's failure to follow up only made matters worse. This is not the level of service I expect from a four-star resort or even a 2 star resort for that matter.

Was given a different room than what I booked…no service at restaurant after waiting 10 minutes to be seated but room service and concierge was very helpful and accommodating when requested. Expected more given the reputation….

It was my husband’s 60th birthday. Staff sent us some beautiful chocolates and a card. Very nice touch. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful property.
