Hotel is very cute and bathrooms are spacious. The ocean view rooms have a connecting door to the adjacent room and have very poor sound insulation. Practically feel like you’re sharing a room with your neighbors. Remind the staff to clean the room, as they forgot to clean mine. Beds aren’t the most comfortable.

The property is set up more like a motel, with all room doors opening to the exterior, which naturally led to more noise. That said, the hotel does enforce quiet hours, and for the most part, guests respected them. Parking was a bit challenging. While valet service is available on-site, spaces are very limited, and we were not informed in advance that valet is not staffed on weekdays. This made retrieving our car keys somewhat confusing and inconvenient. Checkout was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and when we went to the front desk around 10:30 a.m. to check out, retrieve our keys, and possibly grab something from the café, no one was present. We waited while the phone rang several times and even tried calling the front desk ourselves, but received no response. Eventually, we alerted a housekeeper, and someone came out to assist us, explaining they had been on a Teams call. It was a bit surprising that this was scheduled so close to checkout time, especially given the limited staffing and lack of valet service during the week. Despite these inconveniences, we still had a wonderful stay. The location is a major highlight—it’s ideally situated near both the beach and the bay and within easy walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants.

My new favorite boutique hotel in Newport! So fun and clean. Bed very comfortable, lots of amenities- beach bag and towels, steamer, cooler for the beach, spacious bathroom with great water pressure, kiehl’s brand shower products, roof tops, cafe, and free bikes to enjoy the bike path! Definitely coming back!

    Everything was great

Great spot for a long weekend.

Everything was perfect except that when you pay extra for and “ocean view” room, they meant you can see the ocean in the distance, blocked by residential homes. Not what I envisioned I’d get when paying extra for an ocean view.

I travel for a living. I’m a chef and designer. I spend a lot of my nights in hotels or rentals. I loved your hotel from the moment we pulled in. The friendly valet, the colors, interior elements that are both rich and understated all at once, the music, the smells from the bakery, the modest but warm front desk… it all made me feel like I could relax {huge for me}, feel safe, and also feel quietly inspired. And then we went to our room. Right next to the roof deck, our room on the 3rd floor, with the ocean view and beautiful bathroom instantly made me want to stay extra nights. We took a quick nap after a long work day, then got cleaned up and went to restaurant row for dinner. We walked because we could. We enjoyed the great dinner, then came back to the roof deck. We slept for 10 hours the bed was so comfortable! We had brunch on the roof deck, took our time checking out, and while we were sad to leave, we are so happy to have found our home away from home on the Newport Coast. Count us as regulars; we will see you again soon!

    Loved it

One of the highlights was the two ocean-view sundecks, which provided the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. The property is conveniently located near both the marina and the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

    beautiful hotel!

Hotel but it’s only a block away and they have bikes you can use to cruise the beach bikeways. Was a lot of fun and enjoyed the location. Had a beach basket with towels and a frisbee, could also get cornhole to take to beach. Really quite fun and the place was simple yet very clean.
