Coffee and snacks in morning were ok

I didnt really use the kitchen. The staff was great, there was enough parking, and the room was clean

I honestly cannot recommend this place at all. For the price we paid, the lack of basic cleanliness was shocking. The property feels totally neglected, the floors were covered in black marks, and our bed sheets actually had stains on them. When we asked for fresh sheets, the staff told us they only wash them every 14 days, which makes me seriously worry about what happens between checkouts. The "complimentary breakfast" is a joke—just coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a muffin. To top it all off, they completely hide the fact that the building has a health warning for lead until you arrive and read the signs yourself. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Location Cleanliness, bathroom and smell

The place is ok,the kitchen has 2 electric stove top and a full refrigerator and a mini microwave. Only can cook very simple stuffs there ,no room service ,you only allow one room service per week per request but you can bring your used towels to exchange clean towles at front desk ,the room door need use oil so won't have squky sound and refrigerator make funny sound ,fire alarm was on twice,someone burned something while I was staying there .The bed is very comfortable i like it very much, my personaly didn't like the shower head ,the water sprinkler is weak didn't feel like my body is rinsed well for me ,I have to use the cup or pot to rinse my body .lol , but it is a good location, lots good restaurants near by and watch out dog poop 💩 on grass 😀 oh the bathtub need replace a new one ,lots peel off marks on bathtub wall .

Great location, but I didn't get a chance to see the inside of the rooms. I wouldn't know, this place denied the existence of my reservation, citing "no card on file to reserve" despite the confirmation page I showed them which said "reserved with card ending in xxxx". Wouldn't even look any further into the situation, stating "it's not in the system, we have no more rooms available"... Basically telling me to go f#*$ myself. They told me to check the nearest location, which was one of the most deplorable facilities I've ever been unfortunate enough to visit. This "glitch" in the system spiraled into one inconvenience after another for a carefully planned stay to recover from a surgery I was scheduled to have the next day. I will never stay at any Extended Stay location in this life, nor the next.

Great location right next to the John Wayne Airport. Good access to buses. A pretty good neighborhood with a lot of tech firms around.

Very dirty ad staff inefficient

The hotel was Very bad smell, dirty room, short staff manger was not there to help. I have to leave and get another room in a different hotel and expedia team was not understanding or comparative and refuse to refund the money. Not recommend to use expedia try to use the hotel directly to get your case solved in a better way.

Mel was great! She upgraded my room! She made sure I had all the cooking items! My meal was great they had everything! I will go again! Bathroom shower needs to be reglazed otherwise excellent,

Disappointing

The location was nice with free parking. The listing said there would be complementary breakfast and there was no breakfast. Room was very hot, and hallways smelled like cigarettes.

It was close to the airport since we were flying out the next day and it offered free parking. It was very dirty, the room had multiple stains and chips in the tub, broken metal on the window, the door looked like someone had previously tried to break in and the fridge kept rattling all night. Beds were extremely hard.

Exceptional

The landscaping was beautiful. Internet for the TV could have been better. Also light breakfast was served but there should be bowels to eat the hot cereal out of and not a cup. However the room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again.
