Our stay at the Pendry was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. The entire staff was great, especially Eric, Gen and Deven. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from these 3. They went above and beyond from beginning to end - catering to all requests. Thank you Eric, Gen and Deven for taking care of my kids, my wife and myself the entire weekend. The Pendry is in great hands with you three. We will be back soon!

acceess to the club is a must

Good location and amenities, but not worth the high room rate, resort fee and parking fee.

My only issue was that I asked for a late check out (till noon). It was the middle of the week and the hotel was not full. I was refused the request which was very upsetting. Instead, I was told the maximum they would allow was an additional 30 minutes.

From the check in, to the indoor outdoor gym, the luscious, rich grounds, everything was perfect!

I love staying here! It’s a great area next to a big shopping mall. It also has good restaurants and the bar in the evening is packed with a good social crowd

We had an amazing stay at Pendry Newport Beach. Unfortunately, our VRBO canceled on us right before our trip, leaving us scrambling for accommodations while traveling with our toddler. The Pendry team completely turned the situation around. They listened to what we needed, went above and beyond to accommodate our family, and even upgraded us to two neighboring suites at no additional charge. That level of kindness and generosity completely changed our vacation. Beyond that, every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and it’s clear the team truly cares about creating exceptional guest experiences. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they did and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making a stressful situation into such a memorable stay! Doorbell sounds like fire alarm
