Great hotel

Location, location location. That’s so great about this hotel. It’s a bit long in the tooth in terms of decor, and they charge a lot for parking but overall it’s a good place to stay.

The ground are very nice. The staff is very nice too. There are building that look old on the outside which is my only detractor. The interior was very nice though. Poolside food and service was very good

We had dinner reservations at Shor Restaurant before attending the concert. This was a bad experience. It was a long wait just to get any acknowledgement. My husband had to flag down a gentleman to ask for water & notify him that we hadn't been attended to. Within a few minutes a floor manager came to hear our complaint, take our drink order & mentioned that "everyone else" were also attending the concert and waiting on their order, that the kitchen staff was behind" just the kind of comment that made us feel that it didn't really matter. This experience didn't match up with reviews that I had read about.

This is a great place to bring kids and enjoy several different pools as well as enjoy some morning coffee at their bar. I personally was not a fan of their restaurant, but I'm sure lots of people do enjoy it. The staff truly was hit or miss as far as friendliness which was different from my first experience (and why I returned the second time). Overall, everything was fine and I would definitely return!

Beautiful place. Family friendly, pretty lush has everything on the property. Very close to the beach.

The rooms was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. It is near by restaurants, and things to do.

Pool side needs better food and beverage service and cleaning services around the hot tub.

The staff were accommodating and helpful during my stay. My room had some minor issues. The light above the shower needed to be replaced. I had to air out the room by opening the sliders. I believe the odor was from whatever product was used on the carpet. Had a great sandwich in the bar area for lunch. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

The property looks like a country club from the outside, with a spacious lobby and a bar/coffee bar. The staff was friendly when we arrived early. They took our name and said they'd alert us when the room was ready. After lunch, our room still wasn't ready at 3:40. The staff wasn't sure when it would be, so we left again. Ten minutes later, we got a text that our room was ready. It would have been easier to ask us to wait in the lobby for 10-20 minutes, but they made it seem it would be a while longer. The process was confusing. The outside is impressive, but the rooms are outdated and small. Our A/C leaked, causing a puddle. Staff responded quickly—an engineer fixed it, and we were offered a new room. Overall, it's an OK hotel. I expected more given how beautiful the property is, but the staff was nice. The location is great, but we’d choose another hotel next time.

But awful ADA accomodations. Do not pick if you are handicap. My mom had a rough time there.

The grounds are beautiful and picturesque. I didn’t leave the property and enjoyed The Weather. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. Drinks were good. I was ignored by staff on several occasions. The front desk was kind and helpful. The room I got was not the one I requested but because I booked 3rd party they refused to help even though I had a screenshot of the confirmation of the room I booked. It didn’t matter, all the rooms were sold out so I think that’s why they passed me around. Instead I over paid for a single king bed in front of the pool. The music is super loud and even in the morning starts the party at 9 sharp. Service at the bar and when we tried to order was very slow if they even stopped by our table.

Bathroom toiletries could be upgraded. I was told I was getting better room but it was on the ground floor with glass sliders were everyone walked by...absolutely zero privacy, and the cleaning people parked their carts directly outside my room. The food at the coffee bar was inconsistent, the bakery was stale and the croissants were hard and very bready. However, the breakfast burritos were great! Front desk people were excellent, people at the coffee bar were not helpful, they never looked at you when ordering and appeared very rushed. Room was not vacuumed well. Beds were very very comfortable.

My room was way in back in the Lido area. They gave me a handicap room and I’m not handicap. The room is fine. Lots of space but the bed needs to be replaced the mattress sags and I have a backache.

Room was clean and place was nice. Would stay again

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make things right and took great care of us. We love staying there as there are so many things for kids and adults to experience and enjoy at the resort.
