Convenirnce Room labelled non smoking but ashtray in room, clearly heavy smoking prior (everything stained and smelled) and so many heavy smoking residuals felt couldn't breathe.

The staff take pride in their business and make a very positive effort in keeping things in order and comfortable for their customers. The staff have done a great job at fixing any issues I’ve had. They even called me to reassure me that the issues were resolved.

Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door

Mostly clean bed and cleanish shower, did not get bedbugs. Room smelled terrible tho. Door lock was half-broken, walls and door were paper thin and there was lots of noise all night. Many people loitering around. Located right next to a schetchy 7-11. Staff was not hospitable, barely spoke english. Would not return

Good location if you’re going to Busch Gardens but that’s about it. The rooms are scary looking like a crime scene. The smell of cigarettes is unbearable. The lighting is dim and the room is yellow from the stains on the walls and light fixtures. The bed is suspicious and the sheets are questionable. The shower was cool thankfully. There’s a small kitchen set up but it’s so tacky. The whole place is an eye sore.

I arrived and they didn't give me the room. They didn't know how to do the process with Expedia.
