Disappointing

When I checked in, the person had to come from the red roof inn across the parking lot. I assume they own both. The person was talking on speaker phone to someone the entire time. The place is definitely in need of a refresh. The carpets were shot in the hallways and the rooms. The bathroom had a giant piece of plaster/spackle missing, and other places as well. Paint was peeling in several places. The shower curtain rod sagged so water went everywhere when showering. The room was a non-smoking room but definitely had a lingering smoke smell. The “buffet breakfast” consisted of a waffle maker, rye bread, mini-muffins, dry cereal, yogurt, apples, coffee, and either orange and apple juice. This was a one night stopover so for the price and location, it was fine, but definitely not somewhere I would stay any longer than that.

Shower broken

It was a fair place to stay. It was a little inconvenient, not having the staff available at the desk and having to wait every time you have to go to the desk for anything but other than that is a pretty OK place to stay.

The room that I had in the beginning had mold in the ceiling and the air conditioning did not work so I was moved to the fourth floor. That room was a lot better than the first. The breakfast was not very good. The waffles didn't taste good. They didn't have any type of protein. Just cereal and milk. + Not very good waffles. I believe the people on the hotel across the walkway which would be the Red roof because when you needed something sometime they will have to come from over there over to the quality inn + yeah that was a b**** strange. Pool didn't work also, they asked you to please give them a good review under the counter at the front desk. Wow! So I won't be going back. You can take your.

I don’t like this horrible service. Nobody charged the bed sheet. Breakfast was not enough for us. I don’t recommend any person to rent this hotel.

The staff did not greet people. They took care of two hotels (the other one is Red Roof next door), so you had to wait for staff if you need assistance. It was not guaranteed that someone would come.

Terrible

They staff was pleasant and helpful. The accomodations, for the value, were on par. Basically, I paid for what I received and my needs were met. Yes, I would stay there again.

One night of uncomfortable sleep.! Never stay there. Better off in your car!

The TV and refrigerator didn't work when we first got there we had to be moved to a different room

We stayed for 2 days. There were some issues. The location was good. The parking was good. The room was clean but the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioner was loud and due to the heat it had to be on. The water pressure in the shower was good but the sink water pressure was low. The front desk staff were kind and the hotel housekeeper was friendly. We woul probably give it a try again.

Breakfast was across the road at adjacent motel.

the place is just old and heavily used. odor in the room. the breakfast was awful too!

Parking was tight

Very little selection for breakfast, coffee and cups was hit and miss. Front desk attendant barely around.

Bad
