Very clean hotel for the price everything else was $200 more it's not fancy but it's a decent clean room good shower nice bed and TV right on 101 but you really don't hear the road only downfall no AC but other than that the staff are great I will definitely stay there again for the price

Would I stay here again??? The price was great for the area. It seems like most of the other rooms were better than ours. It basically looked like our room hadn’t been assigned to anyone for a while. Other rooms looked possibly better. The bedding (sheets and comforters ) and room in general looked clean, but as we sat in the room we noticed the bed skirt should have been replaced (torn and stained). The bathroom was clean, new tub and shower, toilet clean, but the mirror looked rough around the edges. The touchup paint was rough, there was a splash of what looked like soda on one wall, an oversight (hopefully)that could have been easily cleaned.

The room smelled so bad to smoke. We couldn’t even sleep very well. There was no air-conditioning and it’s extremely hot. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very helpful staff place was really clean and the rooms were nice and spacious good good deal for the price also I even left my laptop charger there call them a couple days later and they were able to mail it to me so great customer service thanks guys

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were many stores, restaurants, and attractions within a short drive. The value was great. In plan to stay there again if I travel to the Newport area.

Room was nice however the AC did not cool the room. Id open the window to cool but there was no screen so bugs would get in. Also room smelled musty. Other than that stay was ok

The only issue was the road noise, but there's not much that can be done.

Jason went above & beyond in helping us.. and we really appreciated the free dog biscuits in the lobby. Our dog mochi was very appreciative!!!

The manager Jason was awesome, I had a very nice clean and quiet stay. The room had been freshly remodeled. Very nice location. Easy parking too.
