The jets on the hot tub and the sauna did not work but overall, it’s a nice hotel

1) No elevator for mobility challenged people (ada violation ) 2) inaccurate descriptions and photos of premises 3) dangerous water temperatures that constantly go from freezing to scalding 4) excessively, dirty , stained and unsanitary conditions. 5) exposed electrical outlets 6) chipped and splintered exposed wood in bathroom The company is based in Europe and Asia and has no North American agents and is completely non responsive even to your own agents . They are clearly predatory and engaging in rampant unjust enrichment. And charging the same as luxury hotels adjacent to them. Also WiFi not working, Needless to say never go there . Absolutely not a partial ocean view , more like a view of the other hotel that actually has a view

I loved my room. It was spacious and comfortable.

It was a nice place for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious although dark. There are only two little lamps for light in the room. Upgrades to the bedding and towels would make the stay better. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Should have been an 80 dollar a night stay. Completely outdated, loud with dogs barking in the room beside ours and very loud people above us. Mattress was terrible but was probably decent 30 years ago, one towel in the restroom, we went downstairs to request another and they were prompt about bringing the extra towel to our room. Over all won't be staying there again.

I liked that the property was close to Nye beach and down town. I didn’t like that there was false advertising with the “ocean view” that you couldn’t really see, things were broken and in desperate need of maintenance. If you’re on the first floor you’re not gunna get any sleep due to the noises above either.

The room was clean with plenty of room and a great view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again on a visit to Nye Beach.

The hotel is right on the ocean, I was 100ft away from the cliff side. The hotel as clean and peaceful. The pool house is great. Clean water, nice hot tub & awesome sauna! We loved our stay!

There’s not enough space about all the things wrong with my stay at this hotel. Signs that made no sense, jacuzzi didn’t work, sauna didn’t work, came into the hotel room with water all over the floor. Booked a beach view and all I got was a view of other houses and apparently the designated dog walking area/smoking section. We were kept up from the upstairs tenants who were stomping around and from the sounds of it moving furniture till after 1:30AM! The free breakfast wasn’t worth it. The stay wasn’t worth it. There were cracks in the toilet, it took multiple flushes before it actually worked. The bed felt like sleeping on a brick slab. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and felt safe, our room was clean. The place is older and could use a few updates. The shower heads must be original 1980s. Great water pressure but unable to adjust where water goes. And only light in bathroom and hall. Need lamps and tables and somewhere to sit luggage on. Just minor things, not really a complaint.
