We enjoyed the pool, the area it is located in. We were missing a few items especially in the kitchen area.

We liked the two floor lay out of the room. It made it very comfortable to fit 6 people. It was in a perfect location to walk to the downtown area of Newport.

Property and room were nice and a great location, however, housekeeping service came up short, as they did not come once during our stay, had to request new towels everyday. Also, the hallway smelled like trash at times. Would recommend for a stay in Newport.

1. No central air. Weird plastic standing units in each room. Very loud. 2. No maid service. If you need towels they will bring to your room. Maybe this is normal for these type places. 3. One of the two elevators did not work. 4. Sink/garbage disposal was very smelly. Next time I’m staying at a hotel with full service and a bar/restaurant. This is just not for me.

Honestly, we liked everything about the property. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious two bedroom suites with large living room. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. Honestly, we liked everything about the property. The outside courtyard and pool was fantastic.

I wish there was a restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty in walking distance. The first night, the pool wasn’t being heated and that was disappointing. But the next day it was.

The bathroom was nice. The registration parking. It was dark when we arrived and I was not able to see where the entrance was. We ended up in the back of building. Dragging our luggage through pool area and down hall to find out it wasn’t the right way. Very frustrating.
