Beautifully restored and well appointed historic bed and breakfast. Absolutely amazing breakfast and hospitality. Sarina and her mother are the most welcoming hosts who offer tips for visiting Newport and great conversation.

Its our fourth or maybe our fifth stay. As always, very welcoming. Relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is always delicious. The property is well maintained. Located near/at Goat Island. Nice sunsets. Nothing!

The location was great as it was directly on the wharf across the street from a small park with views of the bridge. It was walkable to Thames where all of the restaurants, bars and shopping was located. It was far enough away from the main strip such that it was very quiet. The price was a little high for the off season and the breakfast cost was in addition to what was already paid during booking.

We had a marvelous visit! The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Out two hosts, Sarina and Joanne were so delightful, as was Luca. The ladies helped us with restaurant suggestions as well as shopping and touring Newport. An amazing few days! Nothing.

Owner was very friendly. B&B was beautiful

Morning coffee and continental breakfast were great. The house was cozy and had old charm. The location was very good, about a 10 minute walk to the wharf and center of action. I would definitely consider another stay with them.

Location, comfort, historic place, sea facing, the hostess Ms Joanna and her daughter were fabulous. They made our stay interesting, by offering us info about the city and the history. Everything was awesome.

Beautifully restored house. Great location. And lovely owners.

Absolutely extraordinary property and experience. We are deeply grateful to Ms. S. & Ms. J. for making a getaway weekend special and memorable for us. Ms. J.'s renovation of this house is a work to behold, and all of the delights of Newport lay an easy walk away. Our lovely hosts we're a joy to speak with, but also we engaged only so much as we wished and had plenty of privacy and space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We will recommend this property to our family when they visit in the future. Nothing at all not to like; every details was anticipated.

Sarina is a fantastic host and the house combines tradition and comfort.

An historic, 300 year old, building with a superb host and very comfortable and (classically) stylish room. Right opposite Goat Island Park and the bay. The property was perfect for us but some visitors (possibly Americans) could be put off by the 7 minute walk to the downtown area. Being English this wasn’t a problem in any way for us though - in fact it was a benefit !

  • Engine customer Sep 2023

Lovely period house but beautifully renovated. The rooms well proportioned and furnished with a lot of period pieces and artwork. The hostess Serena was very helpful and pleasant. Nothing

The property was excellent and very well cared for. Serina was an excellent cook as well and the breakfast was the best start to the day. The property is also located in the perfect place. Away from the foot traffic but a short walk to everything. Also directly next to a beautiful park to see the sunset behind the bridge. Definitely a gem of Newport.
