Location. The shower had zero pressure and barely any water—it was more of a dribble. It was even worse around breakfast time, when the water would stop coming out altogether. Also, the plug sockets in my room were in awkward places, which made them difficult to use for charging devices.

Fabulous location, 5 mins from train station. Lovely receptionist and housekeeper. Breakfast was nice and they adapted the full English to our requests. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to town and access to the beach. My room was lovely recently decorated I believe overlooking the sea. Tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished every day. All staff and security were really friendly. Will definitely return. The floor boards above were a little thin. We could hear footsteps and drawers.

Had a newly renovated room. Very comfortable bed, lots of in-room complementary drinks options and it had an amazing shower. Great stay after days hiking in Cornwall. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pleasure to meet them. Thank you! -

Very comfortable beds with great seaview. Great location. Good tea and coffee in the room. The corridors of the hotel are like a hostel. Breakfast was bland and tasteless with really mixed (some awful) service. Expensive for what it is.

Good size room in an excellent location. The sea view was amazing. There was a decent bar in the hotel. The hotel was a little jaded in places. I had to pay the full rate to park my motorcycle at the hotel.
