The private bathroom being external to the room was not convenient, but this was something that was clearly advertised by the B&B for the room when booking the stay.

Arrive early as was email to state room was ready with a big warm welcome and help with the bags, then was show to my parking space. Breakfast was excellent with a great choose of food. Room was lovely clean plenty of room and quite and thank you for putting our cans of pop in a cool bag with a ice pack, Thank you for our stay Rachel and Andrew 10+***** we will be back.

You could choose what you wanted for breakfast on a daily basis and it was always cooked fresh as you came to the dining room Parking could have been better.The spaces at the back of the hotel were rather tight to get to

The property was just as reviews described - clean. Location was great - within walking distance of beaches and town centre. Rachel and Andrew were excellent hosts - happy to oblige us. Highly recommend their establishment.

Very handy for the station, bus connections, restaurants and the beach. The station is a two minute walk, the bus stop is the same distance away and one of Newquay's numerous beaches is at the top of the road. It's over 140 steps down to the beach!!

Hosts where friendly, their b&b is lovely its warm and super clean, breakfast was great and the location was brill 2 min walk to the sea front, had a lovely 3 nights break and would definitely stay here again.
