Smile Hotel

The breakfast was not worth it. Coffee no milk Toast no jam Eggs no bacon Pancake no syrop ???

I paid $35 USD for 3 nights. The staff was excellent in the room was quiet and clean.

We were here not for the first time, very good hotel, great staff and everything is always very clean Unfortunately, there was renovation and we were not warned about it, it was noisy in the morning

It's near other hotels where you can go and stay instead of this one. Do yourself a favour and book the Signature hotel instead, well worth the difference. - Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. - Doesn't have a serviceable Wifi, we couldn't work. They say there's WiFi on each floor but there are only 2 overall. So we told reception that we understandably wanted to checkout earlier (one week before) and possibly get whatever refund for that They didn't want to help me at all. Supervisor Duy said he knows Wifi is bad but "we can't write it online" and about the early checkout he didn't know how that worked because he never did it and for me to contact booking because they can't do anything to help. I used booking to send a request to change date and the staff had the guts to look at me and say "No, there's no request here. This change date doesn't exist. Booking is lying" despite booking clearly saying that it sent a message to the property. And the next day they denied my request on booking, saying that no, despite booking allowing it, they could not allow any change nor refund. It's both a mix of staff who literally doesn't know how to work in a hotel and them wanting to get as much money from you. If you see their silly faces you'll understand. - bed was soo hard that I actually had to check it wasn't a stone slab underneath, can't understand why and how can it be so stiff. - the hotel is in a terribly dirty and dark alley. - the room is really small - TV doesn't work because WiFi is so bad. - the minibar takes 2 days to get your drink cold. - Cleaners are annoying af, like all Vietnamese. They scream and shout between them all morning so don't think you'll get some good sleep. No spacial awareness nor professionalism. - walls are not soundproof, I could very well hear all my neighbours and even worse those upstairs. - no elevator to go to the pool, which is small and with one table anyway. - they give you only one key, and you need it for electricity in the room.

Centralised Location, and steps away from the beach. Everything works in room. Can’t chill drinks in the below par fridge.

We stayed for almost a month in this hotel, there was good wifi which was important for me as i was doing home office. Good location as well. It's possible to do laundry for extra payment There was a really small wardrobe, that was not very comfortable for a longer stay

DON’T go to this HOTEL! They’re thiefs!!! When I was taking a shower my ring fell and I didn’t grab it, the I forgot to take it and I checked out, I left my back in the reception, when I came back to pick it up. I asked about my ring. The reception was pretending that she’s looking for my ring, but she’s wasn’t doing nothing, I asked her to go with me to the room, she didn’t even move, she was saying that new guest is already there. The cleaning lady already left, so they didn’t see any ring. I asked to call a manager, manager took a side of receptionist , nobody apologised, it seems I was lying that I forgot my ring in hotel. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.

Taking any room above the fifth floor is a better choice. Did not have a chance to try the pool yet. The soundproof quite bad, i can hear people talking in their rooms and corridor.

Clean room, the sea view, possibility of early check in, helpful staff, the rooftop pool, walkable distance to the beach and all the restaurants, quiet at night, fully equiped rooms, everything as described

Modern and bright rooms with good aircon as well as a smart tv. Water bottles on arrival and coffee making facilities in the room. Friendly staff and excellent location. Five minute walk to the beach and a big variety of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Shower wasn’t the cleanest.

We had an issue with the door and immediately had our room changed. Great location and not far from the beach. We met the owners who were visiting and they were really lovely. It was quiet when we were there. The pool on the top of the hotel was great. There was no breakfast when we were there. Otherwise everything was fine.
