Astica Hotel Nha Trang

Not too far from the action, nearby eating facilities Rooms seema like made of cardboard. Can easily hear noises from the adjacent room. We booked a room with a window but was given window with a facade that blocked the entire view. Staff told us their all rooms are like this. Rooms were not cleaned properly and everyone gives sugar sachet with tea coffee. They declined such basic amenities as well

Hotel has great location, from it you can get to a lot of different cafes, restaurant, beach etc. Very good and helpful staff in reception connecting rooms really have poor soundproof But overall stay was ok, but definitely hotel is not 4 star hotel its around 2-3 stars First room was very dirty and unfortunately it was a connecting room, we heard a lot of noise and smell of the food from the other people... But after we asked, the receptionist upgraded us to a better room, separate, quiet, and on a high floor Food and drinks: Breakfast is so-so. After three days you'll get tired of it

Stayed at this hotel for just 5 nights, but the overall experience was top-notch! The hotel is clean and spacious. The reception staff is friendly and speaks decent English. The view from the window is excellent too, and honestly, the best part is the location! They change towels daily and provide free bottled water. As for the downsides, I have to mention the breakfast. Even though it's inexpensive, it wasn't very tasty or exciting. The best part of it was the coffee; I didn't really enjoy the rest. Also, I didn't like being charged extra for a large bottle of water. Just the fact that I have to buy water at the hotel is annoying — they should just include those 10 cents in the room rate.

The room is designed very conveniently, with plenty of power outlets, bathrobes, good hot water pressure and climate control.
The location is convenient, near the tourist center. One thing I didn’t like was that I booked a room with a window, but the window was covered by a concrete wall with circular openings, so the city was only visible through those small holes ? so there was almost no view or natural light.

A new-looking, modern hotel in a good location. Nice rooftoop pool. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Daily cleaning, and 2 bottles of water. All rooms are "connecting" (with a wooden door between the rooms), so if you happen to have noisy neighbours, you'll hear everything

The front desk staff are great! They went out of their way to help me make other arrangements to get to Da Nang as my flight got cancelled. I would have wasted hours without their help. Amazingly friendly and helpful front desk staff Pool amenities were lacking.

Great service, kind and helpful ladies at the staff desk. Breakfast is okay, with Asian and European choice like any other hotel with the same rate. The mattress and the bed are very cozy, feels like sleeping on a cloud. New furniture. I stayed more than a week and didn’t have any issues. More European breakfast options would be nice.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Pretty good location, a little further from the beach than most. No Private beach area as advertised on booking.com which was one of main reasons I booked Astica. They said I could take bath towel to beach which was nice of them. No spa operating until April. Fire escape doors open during entire stay.Doors should be closed to prevent fire escapes filling with smoke in the event of fire. No Pool or Beach towels were available,pool only open till 5.00pm I was told.but didn't use it. Buffet breakfast faitly ordinary eg had orange cordial marked as juice and was warm,no Cereal,the meat dishes were pretty tough or all bones. Egg station was good, and breakfast staff were all nice. Nice hotel,reasonably priced, comfy,clean rooms but definitely room for improvement.

Walls in the room are a bit old/dirty. The price is cheap but the attitude of the hotel is according to price. They charged for water bottles and no one told us that water in the fridge was not free. We arranged pick up service and no one apparently picked us up. Two girls with luggages in a foreign country waiting for pickup service that was not coming. What a beautiful start of the trip. We had to pay double the price for airport taxi because of that. When arrived at hotel no one apologised or offered some service to make up for their mistake. No one cared. When putting don’t disturb mode we still received a room cleaning service knocking on our door in the morning. I wouldn’t stay again there. But the price and location is great without doubts

Hotel was in a good location, the staff were lovely and helpful, good sized rooms with comfy beds, water and fresh towels daily, breakfast was good so the stay at this hotel was great and would definitely recommend it so thankyou Astica No faults with the hotel, the pool was small but there was a pool

Fabulous hotel, just out of the hustle and bustle, but literally 1 minute walk from the action. It was clean, comfortable and modern.

Almost all the breakfast dishes contained pork, and since I don’t eat pork, I only had some eggs and vegetables. In the morning, I could hear the music in the hallway from my room. Even though it was classical, they shouldn’t play it so loudly. The elevators were so dull, need to renovate it.
