Holi Beach Apartments

The Hotel has a good central location and the building environment is quiet. We had a nice sea view from our balcony. The stuff in apartment is old and is due for an update. At our arrival we found some missing and broken items but the management did their best to fix all problems. I think a better option is to do all repairs before the guest check-in. Communication with the administration was excellent (very responsive and efficient). Be aware, for long term stay they offer only weekly cleaning service. Available kitchenware (cutlery, dishware and glasses) is minimalistic, almost useless for inside dining.

The location was so central and close to the beach The apartments are run down, Facilities not great: some power points not working, pot &pan are not the same. Not enough towels . Shampoo & body wash could be better . Lifts not always work. But we didn’t feel like a premium stay. Not being service by the hotel or other staffs

Spacious with 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There are laundry unit(s) to clean your clothes. The apartment is near Nha Trang Beach, the night market, and the landmark Thap Tram Huong. It took less than 15 minutes to walk to these places. The property manager was lovely and offered to help us store our luggage after we checked out so we could go sightseeing for a few more hours before our train time. Nothing to complain.

Great location and on a 21st floor so pretty quiet. Sunrise from the balcony was very nice. Apartment was clean and had nice bedding, towels, etc. Only two elevators for 25 floors so often a long wait time.

The person that took us to the room couldn't find our booking and then demanded cash up front. When we said we felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave they said they had to call someone and left. They then called and demanded one nights stay plus 30% of the 10 day booking. We agreed but they didn't know that price and had to call us back. Very unprofessional. We didn't really know who we were dealing with.

We were disappointed because the description of our booking did not match the apartment provided. There was no living room no fireplace and no safe. Probably the apartments were over booked so it wasn't possible to provide the same apartment as we booked. The apartment itself needs improvements because of flood damage marks on the walls and mold where the floor and walls meet and around door frames. And bathrooms

Good location, easy access. Wallpaper needs replacing. Bedding full of holes and needs replacing. Poor bed quality (foam)

3 of us went on a January break, The apartment was clean, functional and to be fair quite nice, but for a 3 bedroom spot at £20 per night don't expect 5 star. Rooftop pool is very impressive, Extra £3 per day to use. The resort is odd, but charming in it's own way, especially the sea front promenade which is busy from 6am, in a nice way. We were 3 English blokes and the resort is pretty much all Russian and Korean tourists who were all chatty when spoken too but you do need to make a effort. Dead friendly locals who couldn't do enough for us, taxi drivers, shop owners, Some great bars by the beach especially the Sailing Club which is good from 7am to past midnight

The beds were very comfy. The room was cleaned everyday. The TVs were smart and connected, for some rainy mornings. The room is very close to shopping and easy access to activities. The property arranges transport to and from the airport conveniently. It would have been nice to have some outdoor seating to fully enjoy the view from the balcony. Just to relax or to have a meal.

Great hotel/apart-hotel/condotel. Excellent reception staff. No issues taking payment, no issue with luggage transfer/ The taxi CAN drive right up to the stairs of the hotel! An unexpected bonus - a playable well-tuned piano at the hotel at the ground level. Plenty of tiny shops, some open 24/7 to buy things like toiletries, food, alcohol, cigarettes etc. Staff are very attentive, room cleaned every day, linen spotless, plenty of cutlery / pots/ pans in the room as well as a kettle and a grill machine, huge fridge! Large smart TV and fully functional aircon units as expected. Absolutely will return 100%!

location was good one bed was like sleeping on a rock , the photos of the room online look alot newer than the room when you get there, massive crack in the wall in the 1 bedroom , no privacy on the balcony side as building next door looks right thru the apartment , they dont show that on the website pics , the worst part was the dirty air con seems to be black mold which made me and my sons, throat sore for the whole week we stayed there , the sore throat went when we left the apartment. , have to pay extra $$ to park your motorbike there . there are better cheaper options around

Only the location Firstly, the room we were promised was unavailable due to supposedly mould build up. This was told to us upon checking in. We were then given 2 separate rooms (not adjoining) out of which the facilities were not in good working condition. We had to call in for maintenance. False advertising

The location is good with many amenities nearby, however not suitable for travellers with private car as there is no car parking. The apartment image as shown on booking.com is just for reference. If you are lucky you can get an apartment on high floor which give you a nice sea view (as shown on the picture and is a decision making driver for me). Unfortunately I was given 12th floor with very limited view. The double bed for 2 persons is just a single 1.2m bed. When I complaint to the staff, they made the sofa into another single bed, but the sofa is too old and cracked, you cannot sleep on that. There are only two lifts for both hotel and apartment complex which is very slow

Breakfast was not incl. to my booking. Room size very good. No tv channels. Water pressure in shower poor. Somewhat unclear arrival information (working together with Maple Hotel).

Room 2206 the view is fantastic the room is big, has a full size fridge ,cooking facilities ,the pool was included,room serviced every day and the 3 elevators were fast contrary to some reviews The room could do with a revamp , couch is old , outdoor chairs need renewing
