I stayed here for my birthday in one of the club suite rooms which was gorgeous! I had some cocktails on the roof top bar which was stunning and then a lush spa treatment which was fabulous! It was my birthday and whilst enjoying free drinks and food as part of the club benefits, the staff brought me a lovely birthday cake! Had a wonderful stay here and would stay again! None

Breakfast, dinner, service, facility, deco style are all very good. My father was sick during the trip and the hotel was very helpful. No balcony/sun light in the room(suite)

I never write reviews however I was quite displeased with the service provided at this 5 star hotel.. I’ve made prepayment of 3 rooms prior to our arrival and obtain confirmation from the reservation agent and email from the hotel itself however upon check in the receptionist asked me twice to settle the bill. I’ve kept explaining and showing her that it’s been settled. She then said that our rooms are ready in which we were happy of course because we had been tired from our travels only to be told that it’s actually not ready and to wait another 3.5 hours. When the room was finally ready we had walked up to the elevator in which she stopped my family from entering as she required identification of all guests in which I understand is hotel policy but her demeanour treated my family as if they were criminals, let alone had no notice of this throughout the entire check in process - mind you we already had the hotel keys. The walls of the hotels are thin, the cleanliness is not there and just know that it is very very dark. The beds were very firm. The only good thing I can pin point is the banh xeo of the hotel breakfast - and the staff there were lovely. Would not recommend especially when the rates are double of other hotels in the vicinity.

Beautifully appointed 5 star hotel in Nha Trang. Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Fabulous friendly staff who genuinely couldn't do enough to make the stay special. Independently run with pride that shines through. We had Club Rooms which were huge and very comfortable. Everything about the hotel oozed quality. Breakfast buffet had to be seen to be believed with amazing choice. We stayed over Christmas and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Very clean, good location, nice staff especially in breakfast restaurant: the hostess remembered my tea order unprompted from the day before: astounding! Breakfast menu selection vast; need a week to try all the options! No gripes.

Beautiful hotel - everything worked out and lovely. The staff were also excellent and really made it a wonderful stay. Had a massage and try spa is lovely to. Everyone there was great and helpful, especially Dat and Pham and another guy - Cheam? Really appreciated everything and couldn’t have been happier south my stay.

Great hotel. Room was very spacious which was amazing. Location is great. Reception staffs aren't as friendly and helpful as other places, but they also weren't rude or anything. However, the staffs at the door are amazing.

Exceptionally clean and elegant room with quality bedding. Staff always pleasant and greeted us with warm smiles. Location was within walking distance to many sites we wanted to explore. Provided excellent choices of nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing comes to mind

good location, nice lobby unfortunately facing the beach side was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. The NYE buffet was quite overpriced. Overall food quality needs to improve, while the breakfast spread is large, each item taste and ingredients wise still has a long way to go to meet international standards.

Cheaper and central Constantly looking to charge you for incidentals. Charged £3 as we left one keycard in room. Also charged £10 for additional shower gel! Staff super slow on orders of drinks etc made frequent errors. Breakfast a little unappetising.
