Starcity Bayfront Nha Trang Hotel

The reception team was outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I also loved the room; it had a calming and pleasant scent, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The sea view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. The lobby area felt somewhat warm, which is understandable given the constant traffic and frequent opening of the main entrance doors. Nevertheless, if there is an opportunity to further improve the temperature control in this area, it would enhance an already excellent guest experience.

No complain for the hotel and the staff, especially security guard Huy Hoang. He was very welcoming and helpful. All the staff were very professional and always ready to assist. The hotel even has money exchange service and tour information. Very good for the money. It is close to the night market and all other fun places around the area. It is also right next to Vincom shopping center. It is right next to a pub which has loud music every night so get ready it. If you come to this place to have fun at night, then it is for you.

We enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the prime location. The hotel is directly across from the beach and the Sailing Club bar, which offers lively nightlife. This is a true 4-star hotel that feels clean, modern, and upscale. Unlike many places with outdated photos, this property is well maintained and updated. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection. There are many Russian guests, but that seems common throughout Nha Trang, so it was not surprising. The main downside was the room setup. We booked six rooms, but they were spread across several different floors, which was frustrating for our group. It is also a bit pricier than nearby options, but the location and overall quality still made it a worthwhile stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and overall a pleasant place to stay. However, the room arrangement was extremely inconvenient. I booked six rooms all under one reservation, expecting them to be grouped together or at least on the same floor. Instead, the rooms were scattered across multiple floors. This was especially challenging since our group had more kids than adults, making it difficult to supervise and move between rooms. It would have made a big difference if the hotel had taken that into consideration when assigning rooms.

The place is spotless. All staff are professional and go beyond what one would expect. Nothing

Everything was great for a 12 days stay there, except on the day that we checked out. Perhaps it was a busy day, but request for cart wasn't fulfill and so I had to drag all of my luggages by myself. Even for the day that they made me move room, there was no help for luggages. Checkout and last day wasn't the best experience. Bathtub/shower drainage need to be redone because you cannot take a shower without getting the whole floor wet.

The location of the hotel is excellent especially the front with lot of space with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy. The staff was very nice, the service was superb. We didn’t like the bed as it was hard and they immediately made changes to our satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of variety of food and drinks however the hot food was not hot enough. The mattress and pillows weren’t good even though they had made changes to get more comfortable. The tivi was so old. The hair dryer was too old : it was too hot !

The hotel is very centrally located, with easy access to the city’s main tourist attractions as well as its private beach area. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a nice hot shower. The pool area is very pleasant, and the breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The gym is also well-equipped. We really enjoyed our days at this hotel. Nothing.

All public areas, our rooms, the buffet and the pool area were all immaculate. The staff are all highly attentive and are fully committed to the hotel’s proper functioning. We particularly enjoyed our time by the pool. Vuong, who was the pool area concierge, was so amicable, anticipated everyone’s needs amd made it some we and the guests around us did not have to lift a finger. We also appreciated the assistance of the front desk staff when booking our trip to VinWonders. The Buffet was well stocked, had a great variety of local and global options and was sanitary. Everyone working was so friendly and positive. The location of this hotel also contributes to our satisfaction. It is Centrally located, beachfront, walkable and easy to find. There are many activities and food options all around. It is also very easy to call for a Grab motorbike or call to get to more local attractions. We were very happy with everything. If the hotel would like an area of improvement, the fitness area could use better equipment.

The hotel was an excellent value with a great location and a very adequate breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful. Modern and clean rooms with beautiful beach view. Can't think of anything.

Near the beach as expected The charge through Booking. com was miss-leading. all four bookings I had charged more than What was indicated every single time. No way I will book through Booking.com ever again

The attention to detail was very good, and Annie, the FOM was incredible. She has a wonderful attitude and really knows what true hospitality is, and you can see this flows to her team. N/a

You can hear noise from the street until midnight if you stay in the room with beach view

Some improvements can be made 1- towels are smiling 2- house keeper coming early and knocking the doors 3- Breakfast can have more variety
