The Summer Hotel

Room is quite small (I know its economy room but still there's hardly space for my luggage) Sound proof is non-existing so not recommended for those who has light sleep Pool is quite small considering this is a 4 star hotel

The hot water works perfectly, and the rooms are always clean. Even though the hotel is not brand new, the rooms have everything you need. The rooftop pool is clean, the water temperature is pleasant, and there are always fresh towels available. There is also a separate area on the rooftop with tables where you can relax with your own drinks or food. The reception staff, security guards, and all hotel employees are always very kind and welcoming. The location is also excellent — there are many shops, cafes, and the beach nearby.

The friendly staff was very accommodating in letting us change rooms to one with a balcony. Staff spoke English well so easy to communicate. Large comfy room with great balcony with chairs and a table. The balcony was a plus for us! Housekeeping was great, even gave us extra sheets when we asked. The buffet was plentiful with a lot of options. 10 min walk to the beach. Safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants. The location is excellent!! The smoking area is at the entrance (outside tables with ashtrays) of the hotel therefore you could not sit and wait outside the front entrance without having someone smoking near you. This not good for non-smokers.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with lots of healthy options. Overall, a good stay and definitely suitable for a few nights. The room was too narrow and felt very stuffy and tight.

This hotel is very clean and that is the most important thing when it comes to accommodation. It is also very cheap which made the breakfast buffet better than I was expecting. The hotel is very cheap, but for a little more you can find much better value in Nha Trang. The standard rooms are tiny (beware you may be booking a windowless room) but it is clean and you get what you pay for.

The staff were the best. Very friendly and willing to help. Was a bit dated. Would have been nice to have a dry bathroom. But very pleasant.

The only thing I don’t like is my room was loud at night due to the working ACs outside the aisle …. I changed the room to the 9th floor but the recircling water in the swimming pool is quite disturbing too. Overall it was a good stay. Would come back! Thanks for the friendly team! Staff is friendly and helpful Buffet breakfast was good with various dishes and drinks Location is second to none, it is one way street and traffic is not so bad. It surround with many busy shops and coffee-food. Away from beach just 5minute by walk The bed is small for you in double room Elevator is slow, especially in breakfast time

The property was close to stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. They had a breakfast buffet that was ok. Most of the food was dinner selections, they also had, an egg station, fruit, and salad. It would be nice to have cheese and croissants. The room did not have a window and there was a big gap at the bottom of our door. We had a problem with roaches coming from outside. There was not wall or window to close the hallway. It was open to the outside like a motel which made it very noisy and hot from the air conditioning heat that was blowing in the hallway. They sent someone to put a piece of wood at the bottom the door. ( We thought they were going to put a weathering strip)Which then was difficult to open because the wood was scrapping the floor. We asked for our room to be change because of the ? and no window but of course they refused . There is also no air conditioning in the lobby or eating area. They have a portable air conditioner but have the doors and windows open so it’s very hot ? while checking in and trying to eat breakfast. There also are no sea views from this hotel. You can only sea the sea between buildings The pool was the smallest I have ever seen at a hotel. We couldn’t swim because it was only big enough for a family of 3 people.

The value and location were excellent. The noise, both from other tenants and some frequent mechanical banging, left me with 6 consecutive nights of interrupted sleep. I was happy to be gone.

The bath towels were soft and absorbent, the shower gel and shampoo which were supplied in the bathroom smelt nice . The room was spotless and had both a kettle and small fridge . Ideally located for easy exploring and never further than 10 minute walk from collection point for all my trips

Everything was perfect for our stay. Great location, big room with nice balcony. Bar on rooftop next to the pool which was lovely to relax in after exploring. Barging price. It had a big corner bath with shower head but nowhere to put the head so you had to hold it whilst showering which was a bit annoying.
