Ambiance by the Falls B&B

The location could not have been better! We were a 5 minute walk from the Rainbow Bridge which was perfect for us! The breakfast was also incredible. My boyfriend can't stop talking about the seasoning on the eggs- if the owners see this, please tell us what the seasoning is! The owners were so kind, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and easy to access and they allowed us to park and keep our car there before our check in time and after we checked out so we could explore more. 10/10 would stay here again. The yellow room that we stayed in has a shower right across from the bed (not in the bathroom). It honestly wasn't a problem haha just something we did not make note of before we got there.

The hosts were friendly and nice. The bath tub is inside the bedroom and not inside bathroom. The sink was also I dyed the bathroom. The commode was inside a very small closet. Having the bathtub inside the bedroom was very uncomfortable.

The price, location were great. The room and home were very clean. Kevin was very friendly. The location was very close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. The breakfast could have been hotter

Such an amazing experience!

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within a 30 min walk from the falls. Easy to drive places too. The towels were so soft and smelled so good! It was very clean and we felt very at home None

Everything! The host was very pleasant. The location was superb. We walked to everything we wanted to do except Niagara by the lake. The house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hands down better than anything we could have purchased at any local restaurant. Nothing. It was all great!

Breakfast was really good. The bathroom and the room are very clean. Location is ok. We are seniors, so we have to take the car and pay parking fees to see the Falls. The short cut from the house stairs to the back is very dangerous. It has slabs. I took it and I slipped and fell. My left knee was bruised and it took 2 weeks to heal. My suggestion is to take it out.

Beautiful home in immaculate condition. Room was small but cosy and there was a nice living room and dining room available for extra space. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection. The host/hostess were always quick to respond to texts if you needed anything. Located 5-10 minutes walk from the waterfalls and many restaurants. Highly recommend this place. Loved it all

Excellent location for exploring the falls. A very good breakfast. No coffee machine in the room. Limited TV channels.

Pleasant

Breakfast was very well presented & prepared. It included timely & individually cooked hot egg dish as well as fresh fruit & cereal with yogurt and selection of bread/toast & muffins. On arrival our room designation was not clear from original booking.com correspondence. Telephone call to hosts, however, brought immediate resolution.

The host was especially nice and the property were one of the cleanest places I have ever been in. Details were great and I loved the way they treated each of us! Nothing honestly.
