Close to Clifton Hill and right by the falls, well priced Toilet seat wasn't attached

Staff were polite and welcoming. Lobby and dining room very nice. Room was cool and not too small. Beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping is on request only. Cleaning of the room was not thorough.

Not too far from Clifton Hill but in a quiet area next to the River. There's a WeGo stop one block away in front of next door's Bird Kingdom but you can have a lovely river walk from here as well. We had a room with a balcony and view of the Niagara River. Maybe a bit outdated , but clean, comfortable, large room and good value for money. We didn't book the breakfast but paid extra for it on our last day. Must say it was worth the money. Compliments to the lovely lady running breakfast. Thank you for being so genuinely nice and making sure everyone enjoyed a good breakfast.

The room was clean, with comfortable beds. The location is great - we could just about see the falls under the bridge from our balcony The decoration of the outside and the inside of the hotel, and some rooms is very old fashioned and could do with an update.

The location is good . So close to the falls . The Room was nice and comfortable. The parking . Once we left for the day , we lost our spot and had to go park upstairs and didn’t have many spots to park as people who are visiting the falls were parking and taking up spaces from the guests .

The location was close to the Clifford and the Cascades of Niagara. The room smelt a little bit bad.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, above average breakfast buffet. Server in restaurant at breakfast was exceptional, she was the only one on the floor and unfortunately I don't remember her name. Very friendly and efficient. Front desk staff at check in were a little sour.

Like the location very easy to walk to attractions. The restaurant should be open for dinner .and the bathrooms need an update pretty small and toilets are to low.

Not to far from the Niagara Falls area and walking distance, city buses are available too No microwave in the rooms. But everything else was good

It was ok, however I do think breakfast should of been free For the price paid of $580 for 3 nights That the breakfast was not free extra money out of the pocket.
