The views were fantastic as well as the staff. AC didn’t work the whole trip. The room was not usable during the day because of the heat. The staff said they would fix it but never did. So verify little sleep. The room were not cleaned daily as they said they would be.

The falls view was good. One bedside lamp was broken, there were only two sets of amenities even though we booked for 3 ppl, and when I asked for the amenities, it literally took 40-1hour.

Front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Rooms expensive and tiny and there was very little lobby space. What was there was uncomfortable. Parking was expensive- $50 a day.

Location was great, pool area was nice, hotel was clean Additional parking charges should be included in stay, room was tiny, shower didn’t get hot and had very low pressure, staff was unhelpful and instead of telling me directions I asked for help took my phone and pulled up directions on my phone

Surprise honeymoon welcome in our room was superb... Views were brilliant... Dinner was excellent in the Prime Steakhouse... Surprise dessert was out of this world! Nothing

We stayed at the end of April and we were on the 12th floor. We were unable to set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. Very hard to sleep when the temperature is very warm in your room at night. We were told that it’s just that time of year where it was hard to get a good room temperature. We were able to get a fan and they did open a very small window that looked like it had been sealed for the winter. That made it better on our last night, however, very strange that we couldn’t control our own thermostat.
