First thing I’d like to say is the staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed The location was great a block off the main strip, which was nice. The view in our room was fantastic. We got to watch the Falls. When I first arrived, I was taking my shoes off, and I stepped on a shard of glass I don’t blame the cleaners as glass is tricky and embedded itself into the carpet We called front desk. They came and changed my sheet because I had gotten a drop of blood on it and vacuumed. The carpet offered me first aid service, which I did not need very attentive.

Nice hotel and location Love the Starbucks inside the hotel Like how close we were to Clifton hill Room was very small. Bathroom in the room was very tiny. There was no closet to hang up jackets/sweaters. Pillows were too soft.

The falls view was amazing. It was in a perfect location to cross the boarder to see the usa side of the falls too. The staff was amazing friendly and very helpful. They took care of all our needs.

I loved my room but I expected a better view of the falls. I had to look at an angle against the window to really capture the falls from my room.

Breakfast experience was great. I was told that the view from room will be very clear and for that I paid extra however view to falls required so much stretching. It was t clear at all from our room as told.
