The room was comfortable and easy access to all the activities near Niagara Falla. Window boxes with flowers was a nice touch Only complaint is parking was initially complicated but figured it out with staff

The hotel was in a great spot with comfortable rooms and friendly/helpful staff. The parking was helpful Better coffee/tea facilities would have been nice. Noisy aircon unit outside the window was quite intrusive

You can walk to everything. You don’t have to leave the hotel to get to Ruby Tuesday. Parking is always a situation in those hotels at Clifton Hill. They do a good job of making sure no one is getting free parking, but they also park people that are not hotel guests.

What I liked most about this property was its central location. Everything was within walking distance, including stores, restaurants, and the falls. Our first room, Room 204, had an excellent view of Clifton Hill, and we loved seeing all the bright lights at night. The falls were only about a 5–8 minute walk from the hotel, which made sightseeing very convenient. The hotel also had a pool, which my son thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip from three nights to four. My only complaint was that the air conditioning in our first room, Room 204, did not cool as well as the air conditioning in our second room, Room 110. The difference was noticeable, Room 110 stayed nice and cool, while Room 204 never seemed to reach the same level of comfort.
