It was clean and easy to find parking and close to all the attractions. -

I loved the location being on the strip but not to expensive. The balcony was cool that it all attached but it smelled like old urine.

Staff was nice. Location can't be beat when traveling with kids. Motel looks cool at night. Outdoor pool was good for the kids. In room coffee was pretty good. Room felt a bit dirty and could use a real good deep clean.

Location was great right in the middle of attractions. The room was nice and comfortable even though my bed squeaks with every movement. Squeaky bed. However I still slept well. I will I could haven’t on the balcony but the flowers were just a little too much. Especially when having allergies.

The location could not be better. It is convenient to everything. The room was comfortable and clean as well as quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only negative thing I can say really isn’t the fault of the staff but individuals smoking weed causes the odor to occasionally waft into our space and I find that annoying.

Excellent location on Clifton Hill. Fridge in room. Comfortable bed and good shower - perfect for our one night stay. Room was dated and the position of the air conditioning unit in the headboard of one of the beds in our room would have been unpleasant - thankful there was a second bed in the room for us to sleep in.

Location Old rooms, their were newer rooms my other family got. Make sure get the upgraded one. Had to ask to be transferred after the first night. The first room stark so bad.

This is a perfect location since Niagara Falls is steps away and you are in the middle of Clifton Hill surrounded by so many attractions. Definitely will be back. Love it. We had a balcony view that was spectacular. The price is a bit expensive, but I guess it is because of its location. There is no elevator either so if you walk all day long prepare your legs if you stay at least at the second floor :-) The balcony is not separated so you will be seeing other people just walk by on the balcony. Make sure your door is secure all time !!!
