Everything was amazing from staff to view to stay.

We loved the location of the property. We also enjoyed the resort and all of the shopping/restaurant options available. The staff members were super nice. We were instructed to call valet within 15 minutes of check out, but nobody was there to answer the phone. It took us about 45 minutes to actually get our car.

beautiful location finding the parking was a whole deal, checking in and then getting a elevator was horrendous. This hotel is a great location with a terrible setup for the amount of throughput that it receives

I paid extra for a view of the falls. We got a room at the end of the hall, we had to stet h to try to see the hotel and then we were only on floor 6 so the trees covered what little view we had. This room should not be a falls view room.
