Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

The timing of the elevators were long.

The elevators the toilet was so low it was like a child’s toilet. The TV did not work. The ice machine did not work. The carpet and the furniture was very warn. The place needs a big update.

Other than the high floor for the view and the hotel location been close to downtown and the waterfalls , we didn't like anything in the room What can I say? This was one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, and I've been to Niagara Falls more than 15 times. I booked a room for two adults and three children. The hotel assigned us a room with two queen beds and a rollaway bed, but the room was so small there wasn't even space for a desk chair. The wall was only about three feet from the bed, making it impossible to fit the rollaway bed properly. We ended up having to place it in front of the main door and partially blocking the bathroom door. When I called the front desk, I was simply told that this was the best room they had for a family of five. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. The room was very dark, with only one working light. The wall light didn't work, the bathroom faucet only produced extremely hot water, the bathtub drain was clogged, the in-room safe didn't work, and there was only one electrical outlet by the bed for charging devices. I reported these issues to the front desk, but there was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve them. Ironically, the maintenance employee provided the best service during our stay—I saw him more often than anyone else at the hotel because he had to come to our room multiple times. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it to families.

The location of property was walking distance to the Falls & Clifton Hills with stores and restaurants easily accessible. The fireworks from the rooftop was only limited to a certain side which didn’t have the best view, if you wanted to see it from the other (better) side, it was reserved. So it was better to view from your room if you had a fall view room.

The location is incredible, within walking distance to everything. The bathroom needs some upgrades.

The property is so clean and friendly. I was on the 22nd floor and didn’t mind waiting for the elevators, which wasn’t very long. Easy access to parking garage. Restaurants downstairs were convenient and the roof top pool and bar with the falls view was spectacular. Thanks for a great stay in beautiful Niagara.

When i needed an early time to check in because we came all the way from NV and the kids did not have much sleep and tired, the front hotel people have helped us to get a room earlier than the 4 pm. They were so nice. Just the window that did not have a view but i guess it was okay

Location Prices, cleanliness of common area

Location, cleanliness, facilities. Gave me the wrong room, and failed to understand that I reserved one room with know view and a room with a view. They switched the rooms around after everyone had already unpacked, told me it was my issue to switch rooms. After telling them I was a Bonvoy Member they magically found me a similar room. Then the valet couldn't locate my keys, because my name wasn't in the system.

We liked everything!!

Everything, from beginning to end. Friendly and efficient staff, gorgeous facilities, outstanding location, beautiful, spacious, luxurious, super comfortable room. There was nothing we didn't like; wish we could have stayed longer!

Very close to everything. The view of the falls was perfect. The mattress was so old the bed sunk in half when you sat on the edge. They need more people working freshly and Starbucks. You have to wait a very long time for food and drinks.

Location. The view of the falls. The window opening to hear the falls. Friendly staff. Restaurant availability. Restaurants closed too early for a weekend night. Wish the window had a screen so you could leave the window open without having to deal with the bugs.

The only problem was that water leaked out of the shower a bit and got the area outside wet.

Rude staff, bad experience at the spa

The stay was satisfactory. There were children playing loudly at my door and screaming from the adjacent room. Wi-Fi and other amenities are charged separately, which I found unreasonable. The view is acceptable, but in my opinion, it only captures the most desirable part of Niagara Falls. Overall, the cost did not meet my expectations. I was on the 1&th floor and the view was blocked by a brick wall. The rooms need to be upgraded.
