The front desk staff were fantastic. Very helpful and kind. They offered tips for our stay and were very pleasant to deal with. The AC was not working that great in the main lobby area. But it was working great in the actual rooms.

Not included, local spots nearby, good Requested items in room, microwave and fridge made the stay not as comfortable and eased.Fridge had an item left in it

This property is very close to the work I come to town for. I have been staying here every other week for almost a year. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the bathroom has a good shower. The cost is very favourable. I will continue to stay at this hotel as long as I am working in Niagra Falls. There is a IHOP restaurant attached to the hotel which is not open when I leave for work and closed when I get back to my room. This is a minor inconvenience.

The accommodations met expectations for a 'budget' hotel as price was a consideration. Key entry somewhat tricky and we needed to get help as well as I noted some others as well. We were advised keys a little old, so maybe and upgrade is in order there.

Didn’t get to see much of it. My grandson did comment the first night that he didn’t feel the pool was as clean as it could be I didn’t like that there was no breakfast included And the IHOP restaurant attached was absolutely ridiculously expensive. We will certainly never return to IHOP

Nice staff. Room clean Mattress on beds were very old. Very thin. No cushioning. In my room when you turn on the light in the bathroom a fan comes on that sounds like a helicopter. Very outdated coffee station.

Good location for event we were attending. The bed was HARD and the mattress had a section in the centre that caused you to roll into the middle of the mattress.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. I was disappointed that there was no fridge, microwave or hair dryer in the room, which seems the norm in all the other hotels we’ve been in.

The location and that it had a functional pool I didn’t like that the furnitures were so dated and the rooms are very dull To top it off the room we stayed in was bed bug infested We came home with numerous bite marks over our bodies

Staff was wonderful. Pool and lobby where nice. Bedding was awful. Really needs new mattresses and bedding. Also could use a real deep clean.

All of the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was kept clean. The IHOP food service was great. Will stay there at our next visit.
