Privacy Lightning in room was very low

Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean. Had seen two recent reviews about "bugs", so was nervous. But room was very clean. I check normal bug spots several times and saw no indications of bugs. Basically was in town for work and just needed a basic room to sleep overnight, and was happy. Only a shower stall which was a little tight (I am a bigger guy). Was doing some work on my laptop, and tge table was a bit small to get work done. (Also for work... could have had a little better lighting)

Close to Niagara Falls but not so close that’s all you can hear. Could walk down to Clifton Hill easily. Pretty run down. The place could use some TLC. Blanket has visible burn holes that were patched, mirror was smashed, floors are starting to lift or are stained badly.

Good price, bed is good and close to everything There were too many bugs they should clean and make sure the room was good. There were bugs on the best, bathroom. Dusty too

Nothing... It was dirty, sheets were stained, poorly renovated, the smell of cigarettes in the room.
