The location was great I was only a 9-10 minute ride from everything we wanted to do. It’s a great location without being congested and or too busy. I had a hard time finding something to drink without going into the restaurant.

The off switch for a noisy exhaust fan was not easy to see.

Good location away from the busy tourist area of the Falls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I like these hotel rooms so I’d give it 10/10. I love that the hotel is really cozy. I don’t like the way that the room has a mess and I don’t want to leave it mess. I just want a room to be cleaned up perfectly clean. Sometimes I didn’t like when the charger is really slow because it really sometimes it works and sometimes not.

That it was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I also liked that it was in a great location . Not enough parking spaces.

Free upgrade to a bigger room even though it was two double beds as they didn’t have king bed room type for traveller with pet. $20 parking. It should be free to incentivize people to stay at this hotel.

Room was comfortable and spacious Noise, both from the road outside through the ac/heating unit as well as hallway noise….being able to hear every conversation, door slam, foot step

Great staff, great location, clean and pool was very nice. Nothing, everything was good.

It’s clean Noisy especially housekeeping, and the windows are not soundproof u can hear the cars on the highway

Loved the staffs manners the hotel looked great very clean The noise of the cars from the street! The hotel didn’t have sound proof walls which made sleep very difficult

Everyone was VERY accommodating.

Second time staying there with our dog, friendly staff, ample parking, always cozy and clean! our room was spacious with 2 TVs and a microwave. Location is close to a mall and many restos. The coffeeshop at the lobby is a win too.
