I appreciate a clean space and friendly staff. They provided an onsite parking pass when we arrived early, which allowed us to start site seeing. They also provided a room upgrade when our single queen room wasn't available at check in time. We did the breakfast upgrade and really enjoyed it.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the falls and other attractions. The staff were also very helpful, they let us park our motorcycles right next to the entrance.

Very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a night-light. Lots of storage space. Great location to walk to attractions. Not enough hooks to hang things

Location The facilities of the room was too old for example a chair of the room was scratch and damaged plus the ceiling of the room and hallway was really very low.

Convenience and location The maid who came to clean was rather rude and on the morning of the check-out which was 12pm she came around 11 and opened to room and was surprised to see the guest still in and rudely asked ‘what are you doing in the room’. ‘Give me your key card’. ‘You shouldn’t be here’. We complained to reception and all they said was sorry

Great location, clean room. Nice to have a bar/restaurant on site. Disappointed that we had to pay extra for a buffet breakfast when booking had stated breakfast included.
