It was very clean Staff were nice This hotel is very misleading. I was under the understanding I paid fora specific type of room and I didn’t receive it The management said the pictures are just more for giving an idea of what you’re getting not the actual room. For the money I paid for the room I expected what was in the picture. They told me there was only a couple rooms with windows onto two sides and they were all booked up. They said I needed to book way in advance for those rooms. I booked last year and I chose the one that had the two windows. Was very disappointing. Also, we went to check into the hotel with the casino because that’s where I thought I booked but it actually was the hotel across the street… the idea is that you can walk through a covered walkway to get to the casino and shops in the other hotel. The amenities are all scattered and was confusing.. Probably won’t go back to this hotel but now that we had a chance to walk around the main hotel strip, we know where we’ll stay. One last note, the over perfumed smell when you walk into the hotel and at the check in area was quite overpowering and would really deter someone who had a scent issue ( allergies etc)

The view from the room of the falls was very good, good view of the fireworks at night as well. There was nearly an hour delay in checking in due to our room not being available, told we would be contacted as soon as it was ready, this did not happen and I had to go back to check.

We've been moved to the Hyatt and they were so lovely!! We will for sure be back at the Hyatt I didn't appreciate being moved to the sister hotel without being talked to first.

I booked 2 fallsview rooms. Upon check in we were told we were moved to a different hotel because theirs were all being renovated!! What?? No rooms available.

The additional price of parking was disappointing. The less expensive lot was across the street which was inconvenient when traveling with kids.

Parking across street was bit confusing, first lot was full and paid $35 but sign in lot said $20, the nice valet staff directed us to second lot around corner.
