There were ants all over and no elevator staff was rude

Good renovated front staff gagandeep was excellent friendly helpful.i wasn’t planning to stay nigra fall but decided last minute and it’s close to fallsview and we enjoyed whole evening at the falls . Thanks to gagandeep fo all help .

BATHROOM!!! When you take the shower the water was coming so little and the water in the tube wasn’t moving fast enough.

We had breakfast elsewhere. Bathroom shower .Water not draining properly. No elevator not good for disabled seniors.

Location, close to Fallsview Casino and other amenities Some guest patrons were loud, running in the hallways and slamming doors during the night

They move to another hotel .. and it was great The parking was expensive. I would like they tell me at the beginning to find another but the hotel has the service hotel parking- hotel and that was great

The location is very convenient to attractions in Niagara. Restaurants, attractions, and parking are available within a very short distance. The pool is so open that people walking to their cars can watch you.

The bedding’s are clean and there is pool available What we did not like is the paid parking area , it should be a complimentary for the guest and faucet facilities are not user friendly

Hot room. Air wasn't working. Took 5 hours to get someone to care and finally move us to another room. After calling 10 times and each time they say give us 15 minutes someone will check it out. At 1am our door was opened by another guest. They also gave our room to them. Kind of scary being woken up in the middle of sleeping to strangers entering your room! Water never stayed warm. Called us at 8:30am on checkout day, waking us up to ask what time we are leaving. Check out is 11am.
