room was nice. Not very powerful jets in the hot tub. Breakfast felt like we were being policed. Check in, time limited, being watched. Felt rushed. breakfast staff were not friendly.

The staff was very friendly. It was clean. Great location. Everything was good.

We loved the hot shower and comfortable beds. Especially after a long day of walking. I would stay here again. The toilets are very low. A disabled person would have a very hard time getting on and off the toilet.

Location was too small for the number of people. A server might be better People were too slow, used their hands on bread, etc Perhaps more specific times per room so not as crowded

Good Location I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The carpet was dirty, there was hair on the table, and, most concerning, I found a needle on the floor. Finding a sharp object in the room is a serious safety hazard and completely unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately and would appreciate appropriate compensation for this experience. Despite bringing these serious cleanliness and safety issues to the attention of the staff, no compensation was offered.

None I think the rooms has some bugs...and breakfast was very ordinary... The breakfast hall was smelling foul and my daughters didn't dropin for their breakfast too.

We turned on the air conditioner in the middle of the night and there was an intense burning smell - we had to turn it off and sleep as is.
