The view! This hotel is all about that view....stunning. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. While it is expensive, it is worth it for one night. Great experience.

Nice staff, the view, the size of the room and the location. A wall to the left of our window obscured part of the view, the air conditioning was either on full or off, and the over friendliness and polite questions of the staff every breakfast or meal is just too much. Being nice is good, but I’m not there for a long chat with the staff, especially if I’m tired in the morning or want a relaxed chat with my partner. The balance of this interaction is all wrong.

The view was stunning, staff accomodating and spa fantastic!! Nothing

I like the view and jacuzzi. It was great to see all three falls in Niagara Falls through the room windows. The jacuzzi was very relaxing. The firework was short, but it was worth it to watch through the room windows. Ramesh at the front desk was professional. I did not like Suriya’s attitude. He works at the front desk. He sounded as though he knew everything. More importantly, he assumed I was Chinese when he said he could not read the text on my phone. I am not Chinese, and my phone was not displaying Chinese. Not every East Asian person is Chinese. I did not appreciate his racially insensitive comment.

Great location with outstanding view of Niagara Falls and fireworks Weird furniture, a little worn and mismatched. Toilet broke and sink was slow draining. Expensive.
