Fabulous view, walkable. Close to casino, food, etc. Comfy bed and pillows. I wish there would have been ice on every floor.

Large room with beautiful views. We were on the 17th floor. No free wifi! Breakfast hot dishes were not labelled for allergens. The staff at Starbucks had zero customer service (were so busy talking we gave up waiting and left). Parking costs $70 (valet and you’re expected to tip) or $50 to park a block away.

Hotel was Nice and very clean,the view from hotel lobby is fantastic breathtaking of the Niagara Falls The hotel is very accessible to the falls. A friendly and accommodating staff are the Best The breakfast is excellent lots of choices

Location Overcharged and would not refund difference. False advertisement on price. Debit/credit card problems with the payment system. Could not understand ppl working. All the extra charges added on in addition to being overpriced.

Location, location, location! I mean wow! best view of the falls, spacious rooms, and wonderful hotel public spaces! Wonderful, very helpful and kind staff throughout! Although the breakfast buffet staff are wonderful, as a matter if fact all staff are great, the food served at the buffet could be improved in quality and freshness, also some of the plates at the buffet counter are not always clean, so had to carefully look for plates with no stains or grease...So I mean just a few improvements would make the breakfast buffet much better.

Fantastic location. Had a lovely falls room on 22nd floor. Chairs provided to sit and watch falls. Very overpriced for everything. Food in Morton’s was very expensive for what it was and while good was not exceptional (except the bread!).
