everything was good, clean and very well organized The customer service was not good, the guy in the lobby showed me attitude when i asked him for stuff for the room. They didn’t pick up my call. This asian guy knocked on my room door at 3 am at night for the towel i asked 3 hours ago and said “sorry i was busy”

Every staff member was attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Everyone had a smile and made our stay flawless. I realize the cost reflects the seasonal nature of the stay and the location but it would have been better if it cost less.

I did not like or realize that there was a charge of $45.00 per night for parking. I will never stay innNiataea again. Air conditioning was noisy. There was no bath mats or grab bar in the shower and shower was very slippery.

The location was great and the staff was fabulous! Ice machines weren't working on our floor or the next one above us. We basically went to all the floors to find one that worked. The pool towels needed to be restocked. Thankfully another guest was able to ask the front desk for more towels, since we were already in the pool.
