The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, with everything conveniently nearby. What we loved most was the 25th-floor observation deck. The view was absolutely beautiful and was a great alternative to going up the Skylon Tower. This was also our first time staying in a hotel here in Canada, so it was a very special experience for us. A big thank you to all the friendly and welcoming staff, especially our fellow Pinoy staff who took great care of us and made us feel at home. ❤️ Their warm hospitality made our first Niagara Falls trip and first Canadian hotel stay even more memorable. ✨ Nothing major that we disliked. We were required to provide a $200 deposit at check-in, which we understand is part of the hotel policy. We are currently just waiting for it to be returned after checkout. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved Tower Hotel; the location was amazing! It was within walking distance of the falls; the view from the room was spectacular, and the price was reasonable. The staff was great; they allowed us to check in early, and they were very informative. nothing, honestly. If I had to say something, it would be the bathroom was a little cramped.

Outstanding view

The view from the window is incredible, the location is right next to Niagara Falls. There was no drinking water in the room. For the price of the room, they could have added a few bottles.

Clean and the bed is comfortable. The lifts was rather confusing .

No water in fridge. One more mirror in room. Cause if someone in shower then no one can use mirror. Just suggestions.

It was a great location to explore the falls. We enjoyed having access to the 25th floor for beautiful night time viewing of the falls and fireworks. Our 1st floor room was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would stay again. Our air conditioner made a lot of noise during the night which interrupted our sleep. The parking lot directions were not conveyed well to my husband by the valet and he didn’t provide a parking pass for the window. So, he ended up parking in the wrong lot even though he called the hotel from the lot to ensure he was in the correct place. Fortunately he spoke to a different valet later after dinner about not having a pass or anything for the car window. The evening valet gave him something to hang from the mirror in the car and was surprised the daytime valet didn’t give him one. He caught the van to get a ride to the lot(he had walked back earlier). It was when the shuttle van pulled into a different lot that he realized he had parked in the wrong lot. Fortunately, he caught the mistake and re-parked the car before he was towed or ticketed.
