The location was perfect! The hotel is close to several excellent restaurants and Niagara City Cruises is within walking distance, with or without riding the funicular.

Exceptional Falls view room with amazing view of both the Horseshoe and American Falls. Right next to the falls and so many restaurant options Totally worth the $$$.

Great staff, good views from the observation floor. Neat having IHOP in the hotel with a view as well. They kindly gave me coupons when I checked in (although I was traveling solo, so I didn't make use of them, since they were mostly bogo deals). When I booked this hotel, there weren't any rooms with a view of the falls, so my view was of the city. I think I'd only recommend staying here if you are able to get a falls view, just since the location is farther from town and the other stops. At least it was a quieter part of town and it is close to the tram. Really the only thing I didn't enjoy about this hotel, were the sheets and towels weren't soft. If they invested in softer linens, it would really have elevated the stay to make it feel more luxurious.

Our room was on floor 27, and the view was incredible to see both the American falls and the Canadian falls. Great to see the fireworks. The room is small but very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean the design in the room was nice. The observation deck was a bonus. The room we were in was right next to the lobby door on the main level . Every time it opened and closed it sounded like someone was entering our room. It wasn’t a great night rest because of this. We also asked for an extra pillow, but was told the hotel didn’t have any extras.
