The location and the view was amazing We got the room almost two hours late.

A good view of the falls. Room was a good size. Fridge in the room is always useful! The parking is very expensive!! The lifts could do with some work? It seemed to lose power and reset itself whilst in it.

N/a My booking got switched to the Hilton which wasn’t worth the money I spent. Half the view of the falls was covered, upon my arrival there was no toilet paper or soap in the room, I had to pay a higher rate to park blocks away and the room was extremely hot the ac wouldn’t go below 70 degrees.

The room was very comfortable, and the Niagara Falls view was absolutely beautiful. I paid 40 CAD to upgrade my room for a better falls view, and it was completely worth it. The location was excellent, with easy access to the falls and nearby attractions. There was nothing major that we did not like. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, though the room upgrade cost could have been slightly better. The beautiful Niagara Falls view made the experience very memorable.
