Room with an amazing view, location, breakfast, the staff, convenient location We were billed incorrectly. Hotel changed name from Hilton to Hyatt and we were not informed.

Clean, beautiful hotel located close to the falls. The staff was all very friendly and the off site parking was easy peasy. We never waited for a shuttle and the shuttles were sitting and waiting for us in the parking lot as soon as we parked. We got a 6 person room and it was a wonderful set up and size. The elevators were always a tough go and the walkway over to the tram was shut down. Avoid the TGIFriday’s in the lobby. My child and I both got food poisoning that hit deep inside the falls tunnel …yup, it’s as bad as you could imagine. On a good note, the front lobby bathrooms are wonderful and clean.

We upgraded to the 42nd floor and the views were magnificent. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make you feel at home Pricy hotel, but if you can book the suite it is definitely an experience to remember.

Excellent view for the falls! Loved watching the fireworks!!! Worried would have to pay when opening a bottle of water....at check out was told not to worry though!

They charged me twice and they are refusing to communicate with booking to resolve the issue, it looks like they are avoiding my emails on purpose, what about a real emergency they won’t respond?! Room view. The room's washroom was not completely clean when we arrived. The toilet seat had pee on it.

It was clean like I would expect from my other stays at a Hyatt recency. The parking situation and the breakfast was terrible also when you are on the top floor you have to stop on every floor on the way down which is not ideal.

The view of the Falls was amazing, we enjoy it everyday. The location was very close to the majority of the attractions. Also, you can take the Falls Incline Railway to go the Niagara Falls attractions such as Behind the falls. N/A
