Location, staff, cleanliness cost of room upgrade to a falls view price of parking a car. $100 per day for valet, or $70 per day in garage if I park it or $35 per day to a remote lot which offered a shuttle bus to/fro. I later found out I could have park down the road about 5 minute walk for $25 per day.

Everything was great and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. It was raining outside, the hotel should provide some umbrellas if needed. There were no umbrellas

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms had a lot of space. The pool was magnificent and the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive Well, there was construction going on in several of the rooms above us and for some reason someone thought it would be a good idea for them to get started early every day around 7:45am. That's ridiculous, because all your guests should be able to sleep late if they want on their vacations including their CHILDREN who love to sleep late anyway. Why would a hotel risk upsetting their guests to get started a little bit early when repairs and renovations like that in a hotel should never get started before 10am if they want to keep all their guests happy? To me that's just common sense. It's also really annoying that a nice hotel like this one doesn't have towel bars in the bathrooms for the towels. How are guests supposed to dry their towels and reuse them the same day if they can't hang them up? Wet towels on the floor or counter of a bathroom also grow fungus and other microbes very quickly when left wet. This to me is a pretty clear safety hazard that could easily be avoided with some more good old fashioned common sense. There also wasn't enough dresser space in the room to place clothing. How odd The coffee/expresso machine in the room was also too complicated and didn't exactly work right.

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Lacked towel racks in bathroom. No need to change out towels everyday.

location was good and overall hotel stay was pleasant. they promptly changed our room when our neighbour was smoking cannabis. paid breakfast was nice and had a good view of the falls. valet parking $100 cad a day, self parking for $70 cad per day, or $35 cad off site. probably easier to find cheaper parking nearby. didn't like that the "falls view" room we booked was only a partial view room, but we were offered to upgrade the room to a full view room. there were some long hairs in the shower and on the bedsheets although things appeared clean.

The location and the bed both were great. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. No parking and charge for slippers.

The view was awesome! We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. We arrived at 4:30pm. Check in time was at 4pm. We waited way too long to get our breakfast food.

Environment The parking charge is managed by a different entity and it cost me 75 CAD extra. It's not right as it was not mentioned to me before.

The room was lovely and spacious. We had a great view of the Canadian Horseshoe falls. Everything was clean. Decent amenities and the on-site Starbucks staff were very nice! We didn’t really have any positive experiences with the hotel staff. They tried to up-charge us on two separate occasions (at pre check-in and actual check-in). It felt forceful. Luggage check staff were shockingly rude. It’s not a true 4-star in my opinion.

This location is unbeatable. We had dinner at STK and were absolutely blown away, the food and service were both on another level. Front desk team was super helpful and had us checked in fast and seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Impeccable location. Beautiful large pool with 2 hot tubs. Gorgeous view Wonderful bathroom Parking was confusing upon arrival. Valet was overpriced but seemed necessary. The pool needed monitoring. Too many parents letting kids run amok
