convenient location as it is close to restaurants and a fallsview hotels smell and lack of standard things that a hotel may have like a private fridge and microwave. you should pay extra for a small fridge and you should go down the lobby to use microwave

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The furnishings were incredibly outdated. Three floor hotel with no elevator and we were on the third floor. No fridge or.microwave in the room. Ice machine on lower floor so had to go up and down stairs multiple times. There was what looked to be pieces of the ceiling on the carpet when we arrived and still there when we left three days later showing they didnt vacuum the hallways daily.

I had an issue booking the wrong date through an online booking. I dealt with two different employees who stopped at nothing to assist in rectifying the problem. The room was very clean. The floor I was on was very quiet. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Very close to the Niagara falls convention center. And the price was very reasonable for what they offer. They don't serve breakfast. But even that isn't a huge problem.

The location was the ONLY good thing about this property The key card didn't work, so every time we wanted to get into our room, someone at the front desk had to let us in. There were 4 of us on the reservation and we only had 3 bath towels and one washcloth in our room. We asked for more towels once and never got them. We asked a second time and got some, but they didn't have washcloths, so we had to use hand towels instead. The TV didn't work, so when we got back to our room at night, we couldn't even watch TV. There were stains all over the carpet. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The location was good and that was the only good thing about this place! Also, the pool didn't have any water in it at the end of June. They advertise that they have a restaurant-they don't.

The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is good, close to Niagara falls, many restaurants, and the Skylon tower. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The lights in the room and in the bathroom weren't bright enough The hair dryer didn't work The hotel amenities weren't complete Rooms and furniture were mostly old

Close to the convention centre Keys were not working for the doors

Good location The room had no cable or anything to watch. Bathroom taps falling off and last 20 dollars to park in a lot that hadn't been plowed 4 days after the last snow.

Very convenient, close to all attractions, venues and restaurants Very outdated, carpets need to be cleaned in rooms . No amenities in room, had to call down for soap A refrigerator and microwave in room would be beneficial. Updated ice machine. Should have an elevator installed due to 3 flights of stairs for people with accessibility issues. The worst was no t.v unless you call down and ask for a ROKU stick and have to use my own phone through the app!!!
