Rodeway Inn Fallsview

Staff was welcoming. Carpet in room filthy! Very stained rm 255 Front desk gave out our room number to another guest, they tried to get into our room while we were napping. Then another person came 25 min later and tried again. Then 15 min after that 2 staff came to verify our names. Needless to say NO NAP!

The room was very clean bath was well equipped the front desk was friendly n gave us quick check in parking was excellent Microwave is very essential in the room

Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and available. Tv doesn’t work well in the room so they provided a Roku box. We would prefer flooring rather than carpet in an outdoor room. Did not feel that carpet can be very clean when everyone walks right into the room with shoes on. Pool was not available on first day due to an abundance of rain on the day prior. After backwashing, it was too cold to experience.

Great location, was reasonably close to a number of things. It was clean and comfortable. Albeit a little bit dated, but honestly who cares? The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of ample parking as well. Very quiet! We didn't hear anything from the hallway or upstairs. Wasn't so much a didn't like per se. There was no fridge in our room. Which was surprising, but not the end of the world. We just didn't have anywhere to stash our leftovers.

Overall budget value inn. It was exceptionally clean albeit dated. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. TV reception but for the price I can overlook that :)

convenient location as it is close to restaurants and a fallsview hotels smell and lack of standard things that a hotel may have like a private fridge and microwave. you should pay extra for a small fridge and you should go down the lobby to use microwave

Close to falls Extra Parking charge and no breakfast

Close to the convention centre Keys were not working for the doors

The location was the ONLY good thing about this property The key card didn't work, so every time we wanted to get into our room, someone at the front desk had to let us in. There were 4 of us on the reservation and we only had 3 bath towels and one washcloth in our room. We asked for more towels once and never got them. We asked a second time and got some, but they didn't have washcloths, so we had to use hand towels instead. The TV didn't work, so when we got back to our room at night, we couldn't even watch TV. There were stains all over the carpet. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The location was good and that was the only good thing about this place! Also, the pool didn't have any water in it at the end of June. They advertise that they have a restaurant-they don't.

The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is good, close to Niagara falls, many restaurants, and the Skylon tower. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The lights in the room and in the bathroom weren't bright enough The hair dryer didn't work The hotel amenities weren't complete Rooms and furniture were mostly old

Very convenient, close to all attractions, venues and restaurants Very outdated, carpets need to be cleaned in rooms . No amenities in room, had to call down for soap A refrigerator and microwave in room would be beneficial. Updated ice machine. Should have an elevator installed due to 3 flights of stairs for people with accessibility issues. The worst was no t.v unless you call down and ask for a ROKU stick and have to use my own phone through the app!!!

Musty smell in hallways Parking price is too high. I always pay $10 for overnight parking and no more.

Two things: 1) there should have been a fridge in the room and 2) parking should be free.

Broken ice machine, loud AC, no fridge all mess. They gave us the fridge then was a hidden fee. These mf r frauds

Too old, dirty, no shampoo, no microwave…. Nothing supplied. Floor dirty, shower dirty. It is overprice for this dirty property .

The room was spacious. The location was good. The room escort was friendly when he unlocked the broken door. If this place was advertised more realistically it wouldn't be such a disappointment. Pool wasn't open (in summer), room keys didn't work, ice machine didn't work, rooms pretty dated with no microwave or fridge. Bathroom faucet lifted right off when I turned on the water. Broken pool, broken faucet, broken ice machine, broken door lock. Sawdust and wood chips in my shoes after man fixed the lock. Clearly no pride in the property by the owners. They charge $20 for parking. PER NIGHT.

Nice rooms. Nice location The key cards didn’t work so I needed to be let in every time I went back to the room. There was very little to no wait for someone to let me in. The poor I’m guessing maintenance man. He was very nice while dealing with the system being down.
