Front desk communicated that breakfast is covered for family when it was covered only for 2 adults. During billing they have denied to cover all 4 from family

Location. Room and Beds very comfortable . Breakfast was excellent Room could be supplied with at least a bottle of water. Given the price for a room, and that it being a Marriott Brand, to not provide even one bottle of water in the room, was quite miserly on the part of the Hotel. It felt like I was being “nickled and dimed”, especially since buying a bottle of water at the hotel was priced extremely high!! Why would Marriott want to project this image? Very disappointing!

View of the falls It was not clean. The curtains were not wash for years you could see dust. Their fridge was broken and they had to change it 3 times. They forgot our request for cribs. There is a long wait time to check in or even talk to them. So basically adding one more extra day to your trip just because how the facility is and operated

Close to the Falls, pool, bed was comfortable. Room is older than most Marriott properties we have been to. Could use some upgrades.

The room service not good at all I had to go to the front desk to ask if they do clean up every day it was arround 4 pm already and nothing they said that we declined the room service but they never showed up so for the price I guess for the price we paid the minimum they could do was clean our room but besides of that it is a good option great view

We had an amazing stay! The view from the high-floor Fallsview room was stunning, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We also really appreciated the upgrade. Highly recommend!
