We had a wonderful stay at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed a generous and delicious buffet breakfast that was included in the price. Our room was on the 24th floor — not the most ideal level because there is a roof structure just below the window, but fortunately it didn’t affect the amazing view of the Falls. For future bookings, it’s worth requesting a room on the 25th floor or higher to ensure an unobstructed panorama.

Falls view, friendliness of staff, size and cleanliness of room. A bit further from the falls and attractions than other hotels so a bit further to walk.

Clean. Great view.

The only thing… location close to the falls When we arrived, the person who received us (Maria) was very arrogant and unkindThe person who attended us at the exit of the hotel was also very unfriendly when we explained our needs and problems. The room was not clean, it was raining and the water came in through the floor. On the side of the windows there were people smoking, talking and they spent all the time at all hours, they never refilled the coffee and that area was all dirty

The view from the window was a major advantage and one of the highlights of our stay. The beds were comfortable. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, although we did not use either of them. The room had not been cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. The sliding bathroom door did not provide enough privacy because there was a visible gap between the door and the wall. It also kept coming off its track. Parking was very expensive at USD 50 per night, and the hotel charged an additional fee for Wi-Fi.

The location is excellent. We had a fantastic view of Niagara Falls from our window and could enjoy the beautiful scenery directly from the room. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The facilities are a bit outdated and need better maintenance. I stayed on the 16th floor, and the bathroom door in my room was damaged. More importantly, there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, especially at night while I was sleeping. This significantly affected my comfort and overall stay.

The view from the room was awesome, We could see all of the falls from it. Also we could see the fireworks that are fired off every night at 10pm. I did not see anywhere that I had to pay for parking every night and that I had to pay for internet access. I am sure all the hotels do that but for a first time visitor to Canada it would have been nice to know the added expenses.

The view is remarkable. Clean and comfortable. also pricy. Overall, no issues for me. But less space in the drop-off area.

Location is perfect. Excellent view to the waterfall. Run down and lacking character.
