    Its very good! Very convenient because it’s near at everything. The Falls, Restaurants, Casino and also the Parking. When we arrived at our unit, we did a quick check of everything. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful view from the window. However, we immediately saw a pair of AirPods charging on the desk. They were not mine or my wife’s, and neither was the charger. In the bathroom, one of the face towels still had brown makeup foundation stains on it. There was also a cleaning spray bottle beside the bathtub, and the mirror had cleaning solution sprayed on it that hadn’t been wiped off. We checked the drawers and they were all empty and looked fine. However, in the coffee maker area, there was an opened coffee sachet left behind. The coffee pod holder also still contained a used coffee pod, which appeared to have been left by the previous guest. A few minutes later, a cleaner knocked on the door. She said she just needed to grab something and took the cleaning spray bottle. I also mentioned the opened coffee sachet to her, so she removed it and checked the coffee maker, where she found and removed the used coffee pod as well. After that, we went out and placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. When we returned from dinner, we noticed that the AirPods and charger were gone. That made us a bit worried because all of our belongings were in the unit. We started wondering, if something of ours went missing, how would we know who took it? Because of that, we ended up staying in the unit for a while and organizing our belongings before going out again so we could feel more secure leaving them behind. It gave us a little peace of mind. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the bathtub and had a relaxing stay overall. However, I would give the experience a 6/10. It was our first wedding anniversary, and I was hoping everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, the issues we noticed made us feel a bit uneasy, and my wife kept worrying about our belongings. I hope that if we return in the future, everything will be much better. Thank you. ☺️

    It was excellent location and easy to navigate My room was not clean, when asked why? The cleaning lady told me that when you stay two nights they don’t clean the room You have to ask. Then someone came to ask around 6pm and I said I’m getting ready, she told me she will make the beds really fast and she did I was in my pajamas outside waiting then when she was done The beds were made but she forgot a bunch of wet towels in the corner of my room And it was confusing to me

    Location and amenities. Very nice room. Zeus at the bag drop table was the best thing about this stay his commitment to making our stay awesome was phenomenal Parking off site as a hidden fee. Charged 124 dollars for 2 nights. Issue with a credit card that was not mine nor anyone I knew. Would not let me check into my room cause I had no physical card even tho it was not my card. Very stressful check in process
