Fantastic view from the room. Nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds. The shower door leaked water through as the seal had gone. Could do with more tea and coffee in the room.

Location was good, AC worked well (in the main room) shower and hot tub temps were good. great view of fireworks and falls. It was nice to have two bedrooms and the bathroom configuration was nice. Couldn't use the shower part of the hot tub (the ledge was in the way), a little noisy with the children next door and right next to the elevator so there was noise there as well. Second bedroom beside the door didn't receive as much of the AC as the main room which was an issue (very hot). Called for towels but the phone didn't work so couldn't really hear housekeeping. Managed to get it through that we needed towels as housekeeping didn't clean or replenish room over the three nights. Something wrong with the connection. Was going to call for Room Service food but phone not working so didn't do that

Staff is exceptionally helpful. The lighting in the rooms are very poor… the room had only two lights, the wardrobe did not have a light.. lighting definitely needs improvement.

Location is great, close to the falls and other attractions. While this place offers a nice view and great facilities our room was very unclean. The coffee maker tray still had coffee standing in it. Dust on night stand. No tv remote. Housekeeping failed to bring washcloths and hand towels until prompted. Noticed a pair of ladies underwear under the bed and used tissues when leaving. Also minor but mold all around the a/c vent. I’ve been to hotels that were less than half the price of this one and way better quality and cleanliness. Very overpriced for such a dump.
