The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast in the morning was prepared well and the dining room was enjoyable to sit and eat. I like the new renovations especially the gym and the pool. Great for families with kids. 8 minutes drive from the falls but well worth the stay. The washrooms could be a little bigger but it works.

Nothing to complain about. Close the "We Go" bus stations and attractions. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Breakfast was simple but staff were very good at keeping everything stocked up and accommodating special requests e.g. gluten free bread, hot milk for porridge. Location was brilliant as WEGO bus stops were right outside the hotel. Pool looked a bit cloudy. Eggs at breakfast always overcooked.

Kitchenette and newly modernised Plastic cutlery and breakfast set up was underwhelming. Car park should be free.

The location was not in the heart of Niagara Falls downtown which made it a nice and quiet location to stay at. There were guests there that were being very belligerent as they were in the common area(bbq area). They were drinking, swearing at people and being obnoxiously loud. Also during breakfast, these very same guests were being loud, rude and making comments to other guests about lining up for breakfast. Who did they think they were, they were not employees of this establishment and there were no signs stating "line starts here..."

It's a newer hotel. Everything is newish and clean. For the price they charge i was impressed on how good it happened to be. Parking is a separate charge.
